I am absolutely delighted with this company. I do a lot of Asian cooking and usually have to go to a large Midland Asian supermarket for all my supplies (about a 35 mile round trip) but no longer. The prices are comparable and the selection is vast. I managed to ✓ everything on my list. I prefer the brand Supreme which they stock, together with other brands. The delivery charges are good and the service is excellent. I ended up with extra grams of some products as the larger sizes were out of stock so they substituted with smaller packs making the overall weight more-which was free! I also received a lovely little chocolate surprise. This will be my go to store from here on in.

Ordered items took over three weeks to deliver.Tried to call and emailed frequently only one response to say that the items would be delivered at the end of the week. Three weeks later still no delivery, opened a dispute through PAYPAl and magically the goods were delivered three days later.Very poor customer service.

My mum recently made a £100 order, after which she had then been contacted via email as apparently Mullacos don’t have sufficient ice packs for frozen goods. She was asked whether or not she would like to wait 2 weeks for dispatch and she responded in the negative and opted for a refund. No response. The next day she called in and was promised a call back as apparently “there is only person that deals with refunds and he is not working today”. No call back was made or an update given. We have since been ringing around the clock and sending follow up emails but still haven’t had any response. I will provide an update but so far I’m appalled by the customer service here

So made order, received a confirmation email when I placed it, another when they dispatched it , followed by the time they would be delivering and finally a final one stating they had delivered. Checking my order, everything was as it should be as well as a complimentary bar of Aero. Most impressed and I would have no issues using again.

Constant disappointment with delivery,
I rely on Mullaco.com to send me halal meat for me and my family up north in Scotland, but every single time I order they never fulfill their promise of delivery. My orders are only packed and delivered when I call, (IF I CAN GET THEM ON THE PHONE). It should be fulfilled without calling for it.
A shame really because I need meat every single week and I am currently looking for alternative suppliers

Don't bother I'm afraid. ordered small chicken breast and 2 baby chickens. didn't get the order on the day as stated on their website (3 days after) with no response on email enquiry.

ordered small chicken breast (costs more than the normal chicken breast) and got really big one's. ordered 2 baby chickens and got 2 medium chickens (even says this on the meat packaging label) and they refuse to acknowledge an error or provide any further help/solution when i got through on the phone.

To Mullaco, if you can't provide the products, maybe just don't advertise them!

A real shame they provide halal products but the business ethics is not the same.

I have called and emailed several times in regards to my order apparently they do not open from 12 till 2 on Friday which is fine but you have been processing my order for the last 3 days when it was placed for next day delivery. I have had no update and noone reply, honestly just a bad experience.

Just an update delivery did occur though there was definitely a lack of communication at the time (2021) this may have improved.

Hi, I am very impressed by the speed of delivery and the quality of the meat. I started ordering Halal Free Range Organic Whole chicken and it cooks beautifully and tastes really good. I also eat lamb and its good too. The only complaint I have and that is why there are 4 stars and not 5 is that I would like to have the innards of the chicken too, the chicken I get its empty inside. I love chicken liver and all the other bits :). Thank you so much for being available and to deliver the meat in such a manner especially since I live in a part of Scotland where halal meat is not available in the local shops or supermarkets.

I received everything I ordered except everything that is halal I did not receive anything

Had a delivery 3 days ago and 2 of the bottles of juice were broken.
Contacted them and they got back to me straight away and I had the replacements the next days plus a little gift to say sorry
