Awful - zero communication, item ordered 10 days ago with express shipping and lost in the Evri abyss. All of the emails I send to the company to chase it bounce (reply to order confirmation AND the contact email on the site which is clearly wrong).
Avoid or risk losing your money - I don't even have any way to request a refund

It's quite amusing to be prompted for feedback after a week's wait with no package in sight! Despite sending an email to the company, I'm yet to hear back. I recommend steering clear of purchasing from them.

I placed an order about a week before Christmas and although I did get it in time. I didn’t get any notifications after purchase or dispatch, so I emailed them but got no response. Everything turned out alright in the end. So all is good

i have only gave 3 stars because thy have not given me my refund yet others give it right away thy are slow

Being asked for a review when you've not received your order and it's been 7 days is laughable! I even emailed the company and I am still waiting on a reply. My advice is do not buy from this company.

I didn't receive my order. No reply to my emails and their phone number doesn't work.
This company is acting like a scam.

Never got the item. Nobody bothers to respond to any emails, worst vender ever encountered.

Ordered 3 cases of coke vanilla and it has been more than a week no reply from them. they dont have any contact number nor their email is working. doesnt seems to be legitimate.
contact us address goes to Canada wheras we are based in uk. not happy at all.

Goods allegedly despatched 15th July…still not arrived and no notification from anyone as to what’s happened

Ordered Monday evening and received Friday, so pretty good. But Evri were the joker in the pack. Said they would deliver it Thursday, then said it was out for delivery, and then cancelled that and suggested it would be the following Monday for an update? And the.n delivered it Friday. All a bit confusing!!

The item was as described and was delivered before the due date. It was well packaged and nothing was missing. I am happy with the item and would buy from the seller again.

Always a prompt service.

Placement of orders is simple and straightforward. Delivery is made promptly and arrives within the stated delivery timescale, however follow up of invoice is poor. Invoices are not sent with delivery and emails requesting copies go unanswered. To improve service I would recommend sending an invoice with delivery or at the very least emailing it on the day of despatch.
