Do not deposit any money what so ever!!! THEY DONT PAY OUT!!! Asking me for id. They have my driving licence plus a letter but still not good enough. Its funny how there not bothered about id when your putting money on there platform to gamble with. I could go draw out my life savings with my drivers licence from bank so why isn't it good enough for these dirty b@#$/=#s. Dont reply saying sorry to hear that either. Your live chat is a robot and no 1 picks the phone up. U should be jailed END OF. !!!!!!1 month down line and they still haven't paid what I'm owed. I thought steeling was a crime 🤔

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Currently I am having to waste a lot of time and effort making a complaint against this casino site as they are making it very hard for me to withdraw my winnings not to mention making me feel like some sort of criminal. I have provided them with pretty much every form of I.D, bill, bank statement and phonebill under the sun and keep being told they want it on one page When it’s physically impossible to provide such info. I feel I am either having to relinquish the winnings or tie a trip to mr spin head office itself to show them in person all the stuff them want to see! Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. I would never ever use them again. Customer service is also very poor too. I’m fuming to say the least. I am also in the process of reporting them to trading standards.

Good site, BUT!!

Good site.
BUT, won £57. Had a notice that I had to withdraw to PayPal. Done that then realised I needed to change my PayPal address or ask what PayPal address was on file. Went through all the security to be told that due to data protection act I wasn't allowed to know what PayPal address I have on file OR change it.
Absolute joke!!

Con artists, i sign up i spin a wheel it says you have 35 free spins, yhen to launch a game then they redirect me to the app , where you are forced to download it in order to play the spins but once you do it you have to respin the wheel to be give less than half the original spins 15 in total then you try and log out it wont let you it hijacks your phone with deposit window ,i try to set up deposit limit of £10 per day you cant minimum £100 max £5000 how is that responsible gaming so i look to delete my account you cant do that you can't self exclude you can only take a break for 4 weeks how is this site still running there is no way the gambling commission would allow this.

Great Games

I really enjoyed playing the games on this site and them to be very fair with winnings, bonuses and free spins compared to other sites.
The only problem I had was the withdrawal process and this taking a lot longer than other gaming sites would. But given the circumstances with the pandemic and short staff I think it’s understandable to expect delays. But once my withdrawal was accepted I got the money in my bank within the hour.
I also would recommend sending all your I.D and getting this verified before starting to play as it does take time for this to be verified which may cause some delays.

Also send a bank statement which shows the deposit you made to Mr Spin.

I deposit £5 with a 100% bonus. Spin a wheel and get an extra £3 All with one of the smallest wagering requirements I’ve seen. I smash the requirements easily and withdraw 71.20 and it’s in my account by midnight that same day. 10/10 place to play and the games were very good (Although everyone’s knows I do enjoy reelking and megaways). I withdrew £110 Sunday morning but only received £60 back so far, emailed them about the other £50 but no reply back, just thought I would of got all the £110 back at the same time as I withdrew it all around same time

I deposited money via my phone bill

I deposited money via my phone bill, playing bingo with the money I had deposited via my phone bill i actually won anyway, now because I have asked to withdraw the funds £16 they won't pay me out until
1) proof of age and address
2) proof of payment of my phone bill.
3) then proof of phone bill shown on bank statement
4) proof of who has the contract name address etc.
5) proof of payment for the dates that tie with the deposit of money on bank statement and phone bill.
I can't get the info for this because it's in my mum's name and basically I don't blame her would you give them all that info about yourself let alone ask someone else to do it.
ITS A CON DON'T PLAY ON YOUR BILL.

Ridiculous to contact customer services…

Ridiculous to contact customer services to cancel wagering requirements all the time. When bonus balance hits 0 it should be cleared straight away. One bonus added to another gives you high amount you can never reach. Plus it's sooo inconvenient to contact them now. Customer serv chat is missing direct "speak to an agent" option. What's the purpose for a chat when you have to randomly try to press all the options to "speak to an agent" anyway? Waste of time...

My partner won 100quid told he would get it by Wednesday but he got a call today from them asking him to send proof that phone bill been paid and date of birth and the man on the phone was rude said that he shouldn't be using this as a life style when he only used this once after that I came to read the reviews and from his phone call and the reviews I've just read I believe this is a scam DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE EVER

I have won 900 and withdrew 400 I was already verified from registration so I uploaded it again I then received a txt saying I will receive a txt as soon as withdraw has been processed but I have logged on and it won’t let me it is saying my account is banned to contact support I am not happy as it’s ok to take deposits and then when u win the refuse to pay I am now going to complain and go and dispute my case with resolver this is a joke I uploaded letters of address driving license and bank statement and they asked for phone bill statements but I am pay as you go it’s a joke

Rang up 6 times as I needed to send over identification which I took 26 pictures of legal documents of which all was not good enough I will be taking this to a small claims court as what they are doing is fraud

So I was lucky enough to win 2000 pound…

So I was lucky enough to win 2000 pound thought great just this side of Christmas, the amount of paper work I had to send was ridiculous every time I sent one piece they requested another after days they finally said my money would go in the bank in two halves, first half went in two days later, trying to get the second half is like trying to get blood out of a stone, they are now asking me to send bank statements to prove I haven’t received it how disgusting are these people trying to make their customers look like criminals, I’ve gone as far as to seek legal advice, they are soon to take your money but don’t for one min think it’s going to be easy to get what your owed back it’s an utter joke

So just an update from my previous review after 5 weeks of waiting for my £200 withdrawal I received it today!more than 50 phone calls numerous I’d sent soon as I told them was Going to take them to court just for the simple fact they wasn’t paying nothing to do with the money lost hope in that weeks ago!I sent what was asked for I.d then being told that’s not what they want I have now deleted my account with mr spin not having another penny off me.if this paid like sky Vegas do the day after your winnings are in ure bank this site would have a lot more good reviews overall experience DREADFUL!

Absolute frauds of a company .

Now a week further down the line from my below post and still not received withdrawal despite being told all documents have been uploaded and accepted.

Today’s excuse was human error had not processed the payment so now another 5 day wait .

Really cannot express the amateur and obviously dodgy company this site is

Letter has been sent to the financial ombudsman regarding what I’ve been through here because it has literally just turned into disregard for agreed terms and conditions !

Of anybody wants my advise please don’t put yourself through dealing with this company .

I’m sick of hearing the scripted congratulations on your win every time I call chasing my withdrawal.

I haven’t won anything until it is in my account !

Absolute frauds of a company .
Won some money at weekend and have since spent 5 days uploading documents at their request !
Am sick of hearing the same scripted speech from customer care.
Have so far uploaded , passport, driving license , picture of card , bank statement as well as various other documents to keep being told I need to now do something different .

Amount of excuses are beyond a joke!

One customer care even told me to upload a certain specific document which I then promptly did to them be messaged saying it’s not sufficient

I’ve asked to be transferred to management which surprisingly isn’t allowed

I still have no
Idea when Or even IF I will receive and money

And yes I have met all wagering requirements etc
