Avoid like the plague.

The positive reviews left for Mr Spin are an interesting read. Nearly all of the accounts have only ever left the 1 review, almost like the account was created for the purpose of posting a positive review. Additionally, they all use similar language and punctuation (the placing of the full stops).

The negative reviews left here are the authentic players and the warnings not to join this site are true.
I had kept this site’s app on my phone for a long time as I liked to play the free spins when available. I had only ever made a couple of deposits and never a withdrawal. A few weeks back I had some free spins and over the course of a few days I managed to clear the hefty wagering requirement and accrued winnings of £300 in ‘cashable credit’
and so submitted a withdrawal. Having not heard anything for a few days I contacted them and was told I needed to submit some more ID, this was expected and not an issue. I submitted my bank statement showing my phone bill was paid and the copy of my phone bill showing a 0 balance. A few more days passed with no contact so I spoke to them again. I was then asked to submit ID for my husband showing his date of birth and address, again I did, I sent his passport, driving licence and a current Universal Credit monthly payment statement. I heard nothing after 24 hours so contacted them again, I was told they couldn’t accept the UC document as it wouldn’t be a document that ‘wouldn’t be sent as a physical document through the post, as it’s an online statement’. So, despite having his driving licence and a 2 day old phone bill, they wanted yet another piece of ID with his address. I sent our broadband statement which they initially questioned to another phone bill and wouldn’t accept, I directed them to look at the breakdown showing that it was indeed a broadband statement. By now I had been back and forth with this company for two weeks and was upset and stressed to say the least. When the advisor then asked if I would be able to provide the phone bill for an old mobile phone on my account that I hadn’t even owned for 2 years, I lost it. I was told time and time again ‘we just need this last bit of ID and then we can release the funds’ but it never was. Being asked about a mobile I hadn’t deposited with or used in roughly 2 years made me extremely upset. As such I was then given a spiel about gambling help sites....
Anyway, I was told that all the documents would be sent to the banking team and if authorised my withdraw would be released.
My £300 withdrawal was agreed and deposited yesterday - I was paid £50.
As per T&C the maximum withdrawal you can ever have (even after completing the astronomical wagering requirements) if the winnings came from a bonus promotion. I was not once in all the conversations I had that it would only be £50 and all congratulated me on my ‘£300’ win. I’ve deleted the app and left the site. The stress and upset of the last two weeks was awful and then to find it was all for £50 is a kick in the teeth.

They will probably post the generic reply to this post as they have with every other review. Be warned, avoid like the plague.

I must be playing a different Mr Spin site to some of the people leaving similarly glowing reviews. My experience has been hideous from start to finish.
I'm not a big gambler but had a little play and won a fiver. I though I'd withdraw it to find that there's a £3 charge for taking out £5. I contacted support to be told there was a little wagering requirement before I could withdraw - fair enough - but the amount I had to wager was £405 - 80 x my winnings and apparently because Mr Spin have some sort of bizarre compound wagering scale which helps them pay out less!
I decided I would, for a laugh, try to wager away £405 and - amazingly, with some good fortune - managed to complete the wagering and win £100 of withdrawable cash. So I tried to withdraw but needed to send two pieces of ID. Fair enough. I sent them and even though the ID was good enough for every other site, it wasn't for Mr Spin, so I had to send two more. All successful and was told I would be paid. Result. Except that I then got text to say they would only pay half my winnings and quoted some claptrap about ts and cs. I was asked to text to get a call back - two hours later, no call back, just a text saying they were too busy and inviting me to take part in live chat. I waited 45 minutes and got from position 19 to position one...and then was told they were too busy to speak and they cut me off. 30 minutes later I finally got some patronising customer services guy who could and would do nothing to help. I'm leaving and won't be going back. If you don't like hassle I suggest you do the same and keep well away from this truly awful company.

I joined Mr Spin about 6 months ago. I have had two large wins since joining. The last win was £300. I submitted the ID requested. There was an issue with proof of my phone bill so I called them. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful and it was sorted. Got my winnings a few days after.

I'd like to see better bonuses when depositing. I only ever seem to get 10 or 20% rather than the 100 or 200%.

Other than that, I've had great success with the site.

When you are lucky enough to get that far you will receive a enormous amount of Id checks and then they will deposit to your account that’s only if it’s small money anything over 100 pounds could take longer example I have been waiting for 270 pound for over a week and despite contacting them nothing so far . Absolutely Terrible site

Absolutely Terrible site. 1st they send u texts offering upto 50 spins for example but almost always only gives u 10 or depoist match upto 250% but is Really 20%. I never won hardly anything or beat the wagering until I got a 10er to withdraw then they wanted to verify my ID ok fair enuff so did that. Then a month later tried to withdraw a 10er and they wanted my phone bill showing all my details how much I have left on contract and has to show the deposit I made, so have to wait a month to get the bill? Also want a bank statement showing the bill payment again a month wait to get that. they had more ID verification than when I applied for my passport its a joke. I spoke to them afta waiting ages on chat then got a Rude unhelpful agent who didn't care they where treating a customer so badly. Dont sign up or depoist u might not get ur wins even if u can win owt or beat the high wagering in bonus. I got loads of sites this easy the worst and don't want to pay out. Avoid mr spin and its sister sites as well

I started off on this website last april, after a few hiccups with them requesting ID last year i let it slide and started using them, not had much issues with them since. How ever won £40, £150, £80 same day diffrent games, the £40 was in my bank within 1 day, im still waiting for the £150 & £80 apperantly they need to see proof of my bank card, my bank statement from a deposit on 21.5.2020 which i queried, but apperantly this is needed from nearly a year ago. They then told me i needed to have a selfies picture with my bank card in my hand which is alarming, they have my full bank details with a picture of me, my address , im guessing this company is going to use that in some fraudelent way 100%. I am disapointed with the way thy are acting, i have lodged a compalint with the gambling commision, also recorded calls off the persson i spoke to requesting a selfie with me holding my bank card, there is nothing in there terms and conditions that states this either, it is very odd behaviour to request that. Im quite worried about the con men behind this. Im still waiting for my money ( currently on phone as we speak to a lovley guy btw from there ). I have sent all relevant information in, selfie, bank statement, etc and im still been filled with excuses.

Contrary to some of the issues raised…

Contrary to some of the issues raised here I have never had a problem with mr spin. In many cases I get my winnings within an hour, even though it says you wait a few days. Highly recommend using with a Halifax account as it used to take about four days when I banked with Yorkshire bank/virgin.
I am not an employee or a known person to anyone who works there. To those saying about the I.d. just be patient. Don’t leave yourself in a position where u are relying on gambling earnings. Send it off the paperwork.
The only critique I’d give is that sometimes during live chats some staff appear to struggle understanding sometimes but 90% of the time this isn’t an issue.

Terrible liars/frauds

Terrible liars! I requested a withdrawal on the 8th of March.... They asked for my phone bills even though I deposited with a bank card! I had previously deposited with phone bill and provided this.... Anyhow eventually got an email from MATTHEW A, who said to bring the matter to a resolution they would fund me the money and close my account, which was what I wanted! Turns out Matthew A was lying and I am pleased he has provided written evidence as its now the 29th and there is no money going in my account, everytime I call they give another excuse, Also I mentioned this is very stressful for me due to my bipolar.... So they said I cannot be a responsible gambler as people with bipolar cannot make responsible decisions! So proceeded to do the responsible gambling questions..... 4 times/separate calls through the day Right up there with disability discrimination! Have this all on record and all email proofs too, they keep saying money will reach my account in 1 - 5 days 21+ days later, they're talking rubbish no money is going in my account, I cannot wait for the court dates!! I have instructed my solicitor, its not even I need thecash as I don't! It's principle if someone wins £500 in their own right and an email of promise was made then that speaks for itself!

Took £40 out of my bank after saying it failed

Had two failed deposits of £20. Even got a text to say that they failed and i would not be charged. Then two days later the payments clear and are taken from my bank. I contact live chat who say not to worry, they will be returned to me as they failed. I explain that they're not pending though and have been cleared by my bank and are now on my statement. They ignore me and state the same thing. I ask for the conversation to be emailed to me, they say they can't but an option for this to be done will come up once the chat ends. This option does not come up. Fortunately i screen shotted everything. I contact my bank who confirms that the payment will not be refunded as Mr Spin stated as they have authorised it today and it's on my statement. I say I explained it to them that it was no longer pending so the bank puts through a payment dispute for me to get my money back. Awful experience.

EDIT: Shocking, now flagged my review saying it's not genuine. You take my money and then insult me. Fortunately I have everything to hand to prove what I've said as I had to send all that information to my bank. I've not contacted you because the bank is dealing with it. I've had no issue locating and logging into my account on mrspin, thank you.

UPDATE 2: Sent information to my bank to resolve and they sorted it for me and got the £40 returned. Off to close my account with Mrspin. Please, if you make a deposit and it says its failed, double check your bank over the next few days to make sure they don't take it and screenshot any conversations with live chat.

If I could give 0 * I would , absolutely a rip off site , you win money , then to withdraw costs you to 👎😥🤣laughable , don’t bother trying , I am a low budget gambler, but win a few quid on this site, to try and withdraw it is a joke, charged £3 each time to withdraw to PayPal , as instructed by the site, could not put in bank account, or use bank transfer , steer clear away from this s*** site, so many better sites out there , I’m disgusted , also rang in , no help whatsoever ,I hope those ripping us off live a long and prosperous life 👎🤣

Then a day later you void it for some stupid reasons saying I had an account with you in 2018 which I don't recall ever having. I definitely will not be playing or recommend any of my friends to join a corrupt company like yours.. I have contacted you and apparently there's nothing you can do about it. Apparently during the lifetime of your account in touch games ask SOME customers for additional information to protect winnings, strange that because it appears they ask everyone who requests a withdrawal for additional information to prevent withdrawal even the guy from dr slot who has been a customer for 2 years and has deposited hundreds of times no problem but then finally wins and you can imagine his joy and finally requesting a withdrawal after 2 years!! And then you guessed it in touch games suddenly require so much additional information it’s impossible. What a shocking company!
Here is a copy of an email I sent to the gambling commission:
Good afternoon,

When are the gambling commission going to get a backbone and investigate the dealings of the in touch games . There sites MFortune, drslot, cashmo, casino2020, pocketwin, mrspin are constantly conning customers out of millions of pounds!!
If I wanted to I could deposit as much and as many times as I wanted with this firms companies absolutely no questions asked, but if you want to make a withdrawal then the problem arises. They then do everything humanly possible not to pay out, soon as a withdrawal is requested the a driving license and utility bill is not enough they suddenly require bank statements, phone bills and countless other forms of information not only to be sent but in a certain format that many customers can’t send. They are constantly using these loopholes to not pay out customers, absolutely shocking practice and they are getting away with it because you are not investigating their immoral practices!! Ex employees on glassdoor actually state they are trained to make life as difficult as possible for customers to withdraw because they know the most likely scenario is customers will eventually get so fed up like I did and just give up that’s how they work. Imagine a reputable company such as Ladbrokes operating like this!! There live chat has a wait of almost an hour every day due to irate customers trying to get their winnings, they don’t reply to emails and when you do get through to live chat they get great pleasure in telling you it’s a scam and then cut you off!!
There are thousands and thousands or reviews from loyal customers in dispare at there practices even a gentleman who was a customer for 2 years and never withdrew anything for 2 years!! Then he eventually won and eventually requested a withdrawal and they wouldn’t pay out dispite having no problems depositing for 2 years!!
This company needs investigating immediately you must of had thousands and thousands of complaints and yet they continue to get away with it no consumer protection. I thought the gambling commission was an independent body who investigate this sort of scam. They need investigating and shutting down!!!
This company needs to be shut down they have no regard whatsoever for their customers. I advise everybody with a problem email info at gambling commission dot com.
The more the better, fill there inbox make it impossible for them not to get investigate!!
Oh and by the way does everyone realise that during the lifetime of your account in touch games ask SOME customers for additional information ( like to know the customers they don’t) they need to protect protect winnings and of course they are not allowed to discuss individual accounts on here due to data protection. Oh and if you have 2 hours spare then contact live chat, you might if your lucky get through in that time, if you can the agent will probably laugh at you and tell you it’s a scam and cut you off!! ALL THE BEST in touch games,
Oh get ready for the mandatory fake review to get me down the list, probably from Chad or tamisha ( usually suspects) great games, fast payout 😂) as predicted posted this review on MFortune and suddenly a load of great reviews came In to get me down the list. Nothing short of a criminal enterprise. Do not trust them with your money under any circumstances.

In response to the websites comments, I have used the live chat previous to posting this original review. They couldn't care less. Pretending that you want to help now is not going to resolve the situation, your terms and conditions are as bent as your company.

So disappointed with this site

So disappointed with this site. I am a loyal member. I redeemed 35000 loyalty points for an iPad Air 2. 4 weeks later it has still not arrived. on the 25th January I chatted online to Nathan H, he congratulated me on the iPad 2 and said ‘that’s fantastic’, and apologied for the delay. Today I went onto chat to ask about it and spoke to Joshua T. He just said that unfortunately I am not eligible for the iPad2, but wouldn’t give a reason. So I am not a happy bunny, I have been deceived. Anyone else had a similar problem. Linda Scott
