ID debacle - wanting to withdraw money I've won

Horrendous company to deal with their customer service is non-existent if they were as slow at taking your money as they are giving it they would go under, they take your deposit willy nilly but when you win money they want everything to prove who you are, I've sent all relevant ID time and time again for it to be rejected and then I sent an email with clear copies of the relevant documents needed and they block my account, all because I wanted to withdraw money I won.

I like others on here will be complaining to The Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) as I have been unfairly treated without any reason at all and my account closed with over £675 in the account.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company, took a totally intrusive amount of ID from me, over 30 calls and 2 months of chasing my 'lost withdrawal' of 1500. constantly lied to me about not having ARN number to track the money, I got Mastercard and my business banking concierge involved who proved that Mr Spin had frozen the payment, Mr Spin then came crawling to me with their tails between their legs and paid me.
, I'm about to put in an official complaint to the The Independent Betting Adjudication Service, Gambling Commission and relevant ADR providers (advice from my solicitor regarding advertised accepted I. D NOT being accepted despite there being nothing wrong with it, excessive information / continuing to withhold funds even when sufficient evidence was provided.) regarding the totally intrusive amount of ID you demanded from me, your customer service lies in regard to what ID you can and cannot accept, your blatantly shady stalling tactics when it comes to withdrawals and stalling payments and finally the stress of dealing with you over the past 2 months or so. I have full evidence of the above in the form of screenshots and call recordings dating back to the first contact i had with you guys (2nd June).
I would firstly suggest that MrSpin decide to honor their gambling contract and address this matter internally, you have 8 weeks. After that i will be taking this matter down the relevant channels.
Mr Spin, I've used you a lot over the years however now that you have FINALLY paid me my winnings (I actually got my winnings paid twice btw, as they refunded the withdrawal back into my cashable credit and i withdrew it using a different method this time (bank transfer instead of withdrawing to my debit card), however i noticed the original withdrawal was still 'pending' in my bank, they were then both paid the following monday), i will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere, I recommended you guys to many of my friends and co-workers however i will be making them fully aware of this. You should be ashamed of yourselves, so happy to take peoples money yet so reluctant to pay people back when they win, disgusting. If you would like the duplicated withdrawal back then please get in touch, i may or may not reply to you for a few months just as you did to me, i will require the I.D's of all of your staff for 'security reasons', oh and i'll also require all of your bank statements and pictures of your debit cards, once you have provided that i may or may not ignore all of your calls and drag the whole thing out a few more months, consider this a taste of your own medicine.
DO NOT TRUST THE NUMEROUS 5 STAR REVIEWS ON HERE, THEY ARE ALMOST CERTAINLY FAKE AS 99% OF THEM HAVE ONLY REVIEWED ONE COMPANY...MR SPIN...

EDIT: Just received email from TrustPilot that MrSpin are trying to remove my review as they don't think it's genuine... provided proof to trust pilot and they verified my account lmfao
Also, contrary to the below reply from MrSpin, you contacted me asking me for more information, I provided it and you haven't got back to me, as per.

EDIT EDIT* I've asked for them to confirm their 'Final response' 3 times now... which is what you need to get professional legal council involved, they have avoided each time, so I'm going to wait the remaining two weeks before it's compulsory and they don't have a choice... I have a plethora or evidence against this company and i can assure you all they will rue the day the rip off an ex Mastercard systems analyst, i can see exactly what you did, the credit authorisation lock you placed on the payment, the lies from your team about not having a Acquirer Reference Number, keep blowing smoke up my ass because you don't have a leg to stand on.... Mastercard and starling are heavily investigating you.

Not a great online casino (like it’s twin Dr Slots). Once you leave your number with them it can be hard to stop receiving emails.

Their games are fun. The bonuses seem decent but that’s until you notice their 30x wagering which never resets unless you ring them up. I mean, I deposited £10, thought I had to win £350 but then realised it was £2000 in order to withdraw.

Unless they change this I won’t return. Shame!

Bad Experience so far with Withdrawal

Withdrew 3000.00 winnings on 02.07.2021, have sent multiple ID Verification copies, tried Live Chat, been on hold for support for over an hour, to be cut-off. Live Chat count down queue for an hour position 38 to 1 and then told no Live Agents. Terrible experience trying to get funds owed.... I have been able to continue making deposits and playing. But get no response to my attempt of contact or to resolve the pending withdrawal... This is very stressful, and causing my mental health issues to not be great.

Scam website AVOID

This company has had my 1300 winnings for 6 weeks now. They give excuse after excuse for not paying out. I've had the phone put down on me 6 times kicked from chat god knows how many times. I've sent everything they have asked for and more and still havnt paid out. All I get is 'its with the relevant team' then hear nothing back. I've contacted the gambling commission and ibas who have said they are acting unlawfully. I have now taken all the phone calls I've recorded and live chat Screen shots to the police and they will be chasing them up. This sight is a scam and are unlawfully hold your money with no other reason than 'it's with the relevant team don't belive there buckshot fake reviews either which they pay people to do. (Been offered by them to do this) STAY AWAY. AVOID. DO NO USE THIS SITE.

Have tried contacting via contact telephone number numerous times, nothing keeps you on hold for 30mins then cuts out, same with online chat keeps you in the queue for 1hour then says no ones available, absolute joke of a customer service department. They try and avoid paying out like the plague, I've sent over 3 documents (which they state they will accept if you don't have photo id) and still saying there's issues, avoid this company if you want keep your money, they pay and offer bonouses for good reviews ,100%.... BEWARE AT ALL COSTS, I'll be sharing over social media, and local paper about how corupt this site is.

I have sent all ID and upto date mobile…

I have sent all ID and upto date mobile phone bill and bank statement that was asked.
I spoke with someone yesterday and i was told ID had been accepted and my withdrawal would go ahead.
I paid for my deposit yesterday by debit card, and was told my withdrawal would be in the bank soon.
Now today im being told i cant have my money because i need to send another mobile bill.
My bill has not been sent to me yet and is not due till another 10 days.
Why should i wait when i was told everything was okay yesterday.
Ive had one lot of winnings sent to me
I had a text thanking me for sending the ID
And it was all confirmed yesterday by the live chat to go ahead.
This cannot be right what your doing

Scammed of £100

Deposited around £100 and then they banned my account without even warning due to 'wrong id evidence' even though my ID was actually accepted (Yes I have proof of this) and there is nothing wrong with it. Will be taking this to small claims court to get the money back :)

Terrible service

Terrible service, will take your money all day long. Soon as you go to withdraw any they want ID, bank statements, phone bill proof which I couldn't provide for a month due to them wanting this months bill! Customer service are always too busy for a call back & there live chat is always kicking you, whether on PC or Mobile.

Absolute rubbish

Absolute rubbish, totally rigged... £10 deposit...won back all of £1.53...got some free spins thanks to depositing, got 15, won £5.53 in bonus, as soon as the free spins ended, the games died fully, out of that £5.53 bonus, i won £1.35 which was only on 2 spins of the like 35-40 that i did, rest were dead spins that wont nothing....

Really is a ripoff & tbh is completely crap too put it nicely....actually AVOID these ripoff merchants like the plague, theyll just rob you blind, they really will, even my partner self excluded due to the amount of losses he had, i thought it cant be that bad, but i was wrong, its worse than i thought, kinda put me off slots completely....

Last review of InTouch, ive said it all

From now on i refuse to literally waste my money on intouch in general, they are by far the worst, guised under various names, all with the same problems & bs....this is just mrspin, rest are the same too.,,, crap win lines, crap payout & totally rubbish bonuses....25free spins for depositing £5, literally nothing on all 25, on the actual deposit, nothing won but 2p, 6p & 12p's...rigged & totally crap nowadays.

Absolutely ridiculous over a month ago…

Absolutely ridiculous over a month ago I won just over a £1000 and still nothing the support team cant help, the banking team are in another dimension as no1 can get Intouch with them and the complaints department wont reply I've been to IBAS but they can only take my case if I get a final email from mrspin explaining the reason why I havnt been paid.. I've bought a citizen card to prove my identity sent over 10 forms of ID and still nothing and what makes this worse the complaints department apparently take up to 10 days to reply but if u leave a review here they message u on here within a few days its shocking they use every excuse going and hand on heart doubt i will receive my money it's wrong and wish police could get involved as they are holding money that does not belong to them

Registered a few a days ago and get 30 free spins as a welcome offer. Really enjoyed playing with their slots. I had to wager my winnings what wasn't much 500times what I completed after long hours of playing so I ended up with 50pounds of winnings and thats when the frustration starts....First attempt to withdraw said was successful then I get a message the other day I need ID verification and proof of address.I sent the documents and a day after get the message they were not correct. I went on their online chat literally every single day since this issue and its always the same : 19 people in que front of you and after about 40minutes! when you finally get through them a pop up window tells me sorry there are no available agents at the moment...I keep sending my documents every day trying the chat but its just getting to the point when I need to take this further. Not because of the 50 quid rather then the fact that how misleading and untrustworthy this sites can be. Its a shame though because their games were really enjoyable and I would have probably kept on playing with them..

I deposited through phone bill £30

I deposited through phone bill £30, not realising I hadn't deposited through them before. I started playing and won £60. When I went to withdraw, my winnings had been split in to 2. £30 withdrawalble and 30 in the bonus! Apparently I'd signed up to the 100% match up which threw me off. When I withdrew the 30 the bonus also disappeared, leaving me somewhat angry and confused, but it was down to my mistake because of the matchup bonus. I've just received a text saying the withdrawal will be in my bank in 1-3 days.

This review was going to be an angry one, but luckily I realised it was a mistake on my behalf. If I don't get the winnings, I may be back with a review, but for now I'm happy with them!

Closed account and withheld winnings

Closed account and withheld winnings, despite having all documents verified OK by MSpin. The company withheld my £85 winnings and gave me a reason about not passing security checks for withdrawal. The documents given had already passed all checks with 3x different casino sites and I was able to withdraw fine with them.
Do not trust MSpin, they have used weak T&Cs to withhold genuine winnings and I have had to raise a case with IBAS.
Very untrustworthy company, use at your peril.

After reply from MSpin.
Look at my account, I have emailed you 20 times regarding the issue. You have investigated and done nothing to send me my missing funds, you have an IBAS case against you. These replies are all smoke and mirrors to make it look like you help and have a good honest business when in fact you dont.

Update: Now MSpin have flagged this review at Trustpilot saying they dont believe I have had a genuine experience with them. This is an attempt to take down this review, I have however forwarded the case files from IBAS and Resolver to Trustpilot.
This review should stand as its a great warning for other to not trust MSpin.

I was a little bit reluctant after…

I was a little bit reluctant after reading negative reviews. I only joined the site yesterday, deposited £20 via PayPal and although I've not won much on slots I won 720 pounds on roulette. Obviously there are wagering requirements, but I ended up with £723. I have sent all required documents to have my account verified which is standard practice on most gambling sites. I had my account fully verified today and received payment in my account. There is a limit of withdrawal so I'm just awaiting the rest. Just leaving an updated review from one that I posted back In January.

Still think this casino is pretty bang on.

Had a slight issue with uploading documents through the app. When using a driving license, be sure to take a photo of the license and your face, hold the card up whilst taking a selfie. It isn’t well explained in the ‘what is acceptable’ section when you upload your documents.

Online chat queues are very high and in some cases my position in the queue has gone up rather than down, although I do appreciate the situation we are currently in. Managed to get faster support by phoning and speaking to someone was in fact, very helpful and sorted my issue out.

I Will also give credit where credit is due, my last 2 withdrawals have been processed and in my bank account in less that 20 mins. I hope this will be an accurate timescale for withdrawals going forward.

A big selling point for a lot of players is withdrawal times. Some of the ‘big boy casinos’ still take days to even process a withdrawal. Stay on top of these quick withdrawal times and I’m sure your user base will continue to increase.

If I remember, I’ll be back for an update in month six!
