I dont know what to say anymore, I've sent ID requested after getting a winning of £1350 on the 8th, been waiting for confirmation of progressing winning since, even asked on emails to the support team at Mrspin to help me find out what is happening. I understand they have alot of people waiting for winnings to be processed around the world but when I actually spoke to to someone on the phone they asked me for 1 more piece of ID from the bank for October's dates which I did and got told they winnings will be processed when they receive the ID given. Now its the 28th and still no confirmation, and after reading things online about the same situation makes me think if I should come off Mrspin completely which is a mad since I've played it since 2017 and had no trouble before with withdrawals. I got told the payments will come across in different parts and days but seeing nothing processed it makes me think twice now about playing again, even tho I have put myself on a cooling down period of 6 weeks, to keep what money I have left safe. Please help me as much as you can, cause I enjoy the time playing Mrspin and it would be unbelievable if this turns for the worse.

After seeing the reply from Mrspin, I checked the details about what they want me to do and it can take upto 8 weeks more to get it sorted out which seems abit strange even tho they have had all my ID upto date and I have had no trouble be before with withdrawal of winnings of £1500 which took 3 days to clear into my account. Hopefully this gets sorted and I can change the stars to 5 with a good review 🙏

Recently closed my account with Mr Spin and requested withdrawal of my cash balance. Never received a penny despite chasing via Live Chat, Emails and Complaints. This is very disappointing. Mr Spin please may I have my money as there should be no good reason for you holding on to it. Please don't advise that I need to verify my account because it's now closed. You have my bank details so please can you send the funds to my bank account. Thank you.

Fast pay-out, great selection of games, and offer good bonuses.

COnfusing T&C. Cash balance used before bonus, which is fine. However wargering only counts when you lose your deposit. So technically to get any change to win bonus money you have to risk/loose all you deposit. Wasted whole afternoon wargering my balance, thinking I will get nice bonus, only to finsd out after 3 hours that this will not be case. Not very clear in in terms and conditions. I am not nocice casino player and I can see how plenty other people will get cought in this trap.

How there is good reviews on here I don’t understand over time I’ve put enough money into this rubbish app that when given a lucky break (ie free spins) I should be able to withdraw the amount from the cash able credit section, not the case I withdrew the full amount and they sent me a percentage of it and voided the rest, I will never ever be playing with mr spin again, and I will be taking this to IBAS. Absolute con artists don’t even follow proper procedures, the terms and conditions are ridiculous if you get a lucky break like me and wager the equivalent of hundreds of pounds to get near the end and win nothing then get the chance the next day, DO NOT withdraw. This company is in shambles, the advisors are bloody rude. They don’t pick up the phone and it’s queues and queues if I could give them a -5 I would, if you have no money to give as it is AVOID this company and go with a legitimate one.

Please everyone please do not touch mfortune or any associated Intouch Ltd apps or games with a barge pole. 1. they will let you deposit with no issues. 2. they will not let you withdraw winnings. 3. they will justify there blatent attempt to steal by stating incorrect paperwork. 4. Your attempts to rectify this will hit a brick wall with complaints department. 5. They obviously post fake positive feedback.

Also be aware that this company are using APKs to sideload and install there casinos etc this should never be done unless you are 100% sure of privacy etc
No trustworthy app developer especially online gambling corporations should be allowed to do this.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this company, I have been trying to withdraw my winnings since 12 July, because I used my mobile phone bill, they wanted a bill of the payment, which I understood but then they wanted source of income, bank statements, after that they "put my account in review", then they wanted me to do a likeness check, with more identification checks. Their customer service is so poor. I would definitely not recommend this company even if they give you 5000000 free spins.

Having complained about money not being transferred to my account I have been on to both complaints and spoken to representatives of the site none of which have resolved this. I am unable to pass their security as I can’t remember the last game I played which was well over a month ago. Utter scam withholding monies owed!

Before mr spin replies to ask me to get in contact. I already have been in contact and you’re complaints procedures and customer service are appalling

Only getting 1 star due to having to pick one. Terrible customer service. Keep being kicked out of chat as I get to speak to someone or they’re just closing the chat on me. Requested multiple call backs and only ever received one which was at 8.02pm and when I answered the phone I was hung up on. Had withdrawals processed before with further evidence but now saying I need even more and the evidence they want I won’t have until a months time. Abysmal service from every single person I’ve managed to speak to into vthe bargain. Ask you to email complaints or support and the last time I did I waited over 2 weeks for a response. Do not use this site. B****** who is kidding on she is management is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. Company withholding information in their terms and conditions and not one person has a clue what they’re talking about. Absolute mess of a company. Let’s see if this review gets ignored like every one of my live chats, phone calls and emails. Terrible company!!
Google search The director of intouch games and you will see he had been fined in may 2021 for £3.4 million due to not protecting their customers and the reviews are terrible. Still not receiving my pay out!!!! I will be escalating this further as I believe this company are trying to steal customers money to repay the money they’ve lost due to incompetence

Awful service. Had 1 previous withdrawal & needed to provide ID. Go to make 2nd withdrawal (not large amount just £50) & get a text saying they need more info, even though already sent ID and had a previous withdrawal, what extra info do you need? Have tried calling & get no answer. Text the HELP number and get a message back saying you are too busy to call so please use online chat. Sat in queue for over an hour on live chat only to get to 1st in queue and receive a ‘sorry no agents available at this time’. Whole things disconnects. Terrible service.

Mr spin have been excellent in the past but I have recently experienced the same issue as other reviews here in that they have failed to pay out 93 pound withdrawal. I have sent the relevant I.D which they accepted and confirmed by text. I have spoken to live agents after hours of queuing to be told its in process. I have contacted support by email and Recieved no response. I spoke to live chat again yesterday who said my payment would be processed in next 24 hours (again) (they have 4 hours left) so I'm not holding my breath. So the next step will be to esculate to a complaints procedure which going by current form will be a waste of time. I'm giving them an extra day then I'll be going to IBAS. A note of caution they do not provide transcripts of your live support chats so make sure you screenshot those and your account.

I would like to give 5 stars. 4 for the fast payout.

Mr spin requires far more I.D than most sites to withdraw and the process can be time consuming. They claim to process customers withdrawals in 1 day if your a depositing customer and it is getting very close to going past that…. I will update trust pilot on whether they do get things done in the timeframes they claim….. after reading the awful reviews on this company I won’t hold my breath ….(edited) dropping them to 0 stars…. Mr spin is as bad as lots of these reviews say…. If you want to gamble use a reputable site!!!! (Edited again) after calling nearly 10 times asking where my money is….. your withdrawal is with the relevant team and we cannot give you any further information….. They really are desperate to keep scamming people so tried their best to have trust pilot remove this REAL review on what a Terrible company Mr spin is.
Still weeks later… no payout or explanation why I haven’t received my winnings…. I call them to be told we do not have any information…. I’m guessing whoever has written positive reviews for this company must have been lying!

Shambles of a company. Went through chat to stop getting texts. Waited an hour for them to say there’s no agents available. Tried ringing. Waited on the phone for 30 mins to no answer. Sent them an email had no reply. Went through chat again. The autobot said text this number to stop texts. I did and yet still getting texts?! Text that number several more times to the realisation that they charge you for a text?! Go to chat again and yet again, no available agents after waiting an hour! Went through Facebook messenger and they say they can’t help but I can get help through live chat etc…. Eh naw I can’t.

Useless company, wouldn’t recommend.
