Avoid at all costs.

Con of a company, make you jump through hoops to get withdrawals, do not notify you that they need any more info. Expect you to chase them up. Happy to take money but not to pay it out.. My partner has the exact same issue.

Review will be ammended when winnings have been paid.

I've been chasing my withdrawal request for weeks, initially over email as its rare their live chat ever works. To be told on each reply that my log in information was incorrect so they could help..... Then magically the log in info was correct, the money was on its way... Never arrived. then they moved on to the excuse with documents. these have been uploaded, great the money is on its way.... Still not here. Nobody answers the phone. online chat (when you can finally get on to it) just make excuse after excuse like over email..... DO NOT reply saying oh so sorry, contact customer support because thats all i've been doing for weeks

Mr spin paid my winnings.

I won £1200. 5 days ago tried to withdraw. They ask for id and when you give it to them they let you think your withdrawal is going through, then at the 24th hour ask for something else and start the process again. I’ve provided id, phone bills, bank statements, wage slip. Happy to take your money without question then con you when you actually win. Sister site PocketWin was easy to withdraw, so I don’t understand how mrspin can be so awful. I’ve emailed complaints. Absolute frauds

Update 23/3 - mrspin replies to the review asking me to email complaints, which I already stated I have done. I have emailed three times. Also if you ring no one answers and the text number doesn’t work

They do not withdraw money, they write that they are serious about the complaint so serious they do not write back and in the chat as they turn off infoline like dram every day busy

They will not pay out £33 after it being promised last week. I won it last year, spoke to an advisor, passed I, D check and received confirmation text message of this, an advisor then contacts me to reconfirm this and then blamed my bank and said it could take 1-5 days for the money to hit my account. Day 9 now, Friday I contact them and now apparently, I need to do additional checks via Hooyu! (I wonder if my honest reviews previously have hindered me?)! Please listen DO NOT USE, they take money in seconds, you never win, on the very rare occasion you get something you will never receive it, staff are useless and liars, all you get in response on here is a automated template. STAY AWAY FROM MRSPIN!!

Update: 3 stars for now due to quick process and a prompt call from Mr Spin. So far I've sent about 10 pieces of documents they've asked for. However I missed the call so I had to call them back. A guy called Harry answered my call and after asking for my details he kept saying "Hello!" It seemed as if he could not hear me. Asked me to hang up if I could hear him and that he will arrange a call "as soon as... in few minutes." (His own words) waited a few minutes and nothing so I rang back. A nice lady answered my call. Put me on hold a few times but she was helpful and professional. Sent another few documents as requested. So now I wait.

Shocking company I won £5,504.81 on the 12/12/21 after previously being paid out 2/3 weeks before £1600 it’s now 6 and half weeks since I won and withdrew everytime I send them ID they ask for something else to which I send finally they asked me to do a Skype call so I did and now they are asking for the same ID I sent them in the first place I have had The casino guru involved and he has gave them a negative rating for how they have dealt with this they have no intention of paying so I will be taking this matter up with the UKGC and also legal support as I have sufficient evidence to support my complaint, Mr spin stop scamming people and pay out what you owe you are happy to take the money but when it comes to paying out you shy away ? STAY CLEAR OF InTouch Games LTD they do this to so many people.

Now they have emailed me stating they will refund me my deposits but won’t be paying me the £5,504.81 they waited over 8 weeks to just give me my deposits back will be seeking legal advice on this, once again stay clear from these scumbags.

They do not pay out winnings despite sending all the information and ID they ask for do a Skype call and then keep being told 1 working day for the payment to be processed. It has been 24 days and still no payment. Complaints do not respond and agents just lie!!!!

WARNING SCAM SITE! I signed up to this site and was playing a slot game, I got some big wins but I only got paid a tiny fraction of the wins. I took screen shots of the wins and the pay table to show what I should have won and emailed the screen shots to them. They phoned me and accused me of lying. How I could be lying when they could see the screen shots I don't know?

Yes I do have an account and I contacted you multiple times. Last last time I contacted you I phoned, I the woman I spoke to said she wanted to check my account and put me on hold. I was on hold for 45 minutes and then she just cut the phone call off so I had to phone again and they just ask to give information that I had already send them.

I would be extremely careful of the information you are required to give to this company vast amount is in breach of data protection act. Judging by past aprisals of this site seems I am not the only person to have noticed this too.

I have no problem providing ID when required, but asking for GP's and NHS number is clearly a breach of data protection.

Beware of this gambling company something is rather off the mark with them !!

Overall I would recommend this site to anyone for their quick withdrawal process.

So despite me sending all the ID and verification requested and having spoken to the complaints team, my withdrawal is still not processed. Mr Spin will not or does not want to pay your winnings. It’s a scam company please do not get scammed by them.
Mr Spin my previous review on Trustpilot has been verified. So don’t even try and ask for me details. You know my account details with Mr Spin. Process my withdrawal.

They take your money, try and withdraw they tell you something is missing

I have supplied, Passport, Bank statement, phone bill, proof phone billed paid, bank statement with phonebill paid, address confirmation

Still not enough they ask for something else.

Con, won a small amount and withdrawn but not received, they want me to text confirm to 89910 which is a premium number and my phone won’t allow me to send message to premium numbers, they say it’s to confirm number is still active yet I’ve reset my password via my number as well as receiving texts from them almost every day! Quick enough to take my money but won’t pay out when winning, and want to make more money off me by texting the premium number!

Customer service advisor told me 1 customer doesn’t matter to them if they play or not, without customers they don’t have a casino or a job!
They change the T&cs to suit themselves and don’t follow the online gambling licensing laws
It’s not even winnings I’m trying to withdraw either it’s simply my own money, reading some of these comments about people finding it hard to get the winnings of this company and waiting up to 8 weeks is this company in financial difficulties themselves hence why there reluctant to give us our money?
I have contacted complaints and regardless of what they say on here they still do not help
