BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give one star I would.......
I spent a tenner few weeks ago and I won ten pound back...they asked for additional information to process my withdrawal,, spoke with them over the phone and the person I spoke with tells me I've deposited via my phone bill so will need to see proof of my phonebill (paid) even though its not due...which they got, processed my winnings txt me to tell me its been processed and I will receive it within 3-4 days depending on my bank, I then got a text the next day to tell me there was an error processing my withdrawal and have credited back into my account!!!
They now want my phone bill again...with proof of payment and my bank statement showing this payment to give me my winnings of a tenner!!! I told them they ain't getting my bank statement!!!! They would rather give you a load of bull crap as to why they can't pay you a miserable ten pounds than than pay you!!!! I told then then Will donate the ten pound to charity but would they do that...No they said they can't!!!!I told them to close my account too... I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN..IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMED OUT OF MONEY THAN USE THEM!!! BEWARE

What an absolute scam of a company

What an absolute scam of a company! Been waiting since the 11th for a withdrawal, supplied every single bit of proof that was requested, the last bit was sent to them a week ago and I’ve still not received my withdrawal. Lodged a complaint, that didn’t get me very far! They’ve been happy to take my deposits for months but still won’t pay out my withdrawal, this wasn’t from a bonus, it was won from a deposit. Customer services don’t help in any way all day the same thing! Why does it take a week to check one single bit of evidence. Clearly aren’t going to pay me out. Lodging a complaint with the gambling commision after reading numerous reviews about how they deal with customers. Spoke to customer services this morning who said the complaints team are keeping an eye on my withdrawal, I’ve supplied numerous things that’s been asked within 2 minutes of been asked for it. Again happily taken my deposits over and over but now they have to pay out, they seem to not give a hoot. Don’t waste your money people.
Will update this review, IF this gets sorted out!
Complaints contacted, but sure enough still no further to getting my withdrawal, all they say is they’ll investigate! And as for the reply to this review, what a load of toff! The exact same thing I’ve been told for over a week now!

What an idiot I feel. After giving you a five star review and defending your company. I have just checked my bank to see that the incoming payment I will receive is £55 not the full £70 I won.
Your company is suppose to make payments, your company did not provide that full service, what is your company willing to do to make it right ?
If this isn’t rectified rather quickly I will have no choice but to report this to the gambling commissions.

I won £70 this afternoon, I withdrew.. it said processing and now later in the evening I have received a text to say ‘Congratulations! Your winning MrSpin withdrawal has been processed and you will receive it in 1-4 business days depending on your bank. Mr Spin.’
Overall I’m very happy and I’m terribly sorry that other people haven’t had the same experience as myself.

Mr spin. Your customer service is disgusting. Just by filling a formality on trustpilot and responding on here is not good enough. When you speak to their customer service online and on the phone they are rude and unhelpful. I will be taking matters further if my money is not in my account by the end of this week.

Shocking rip off site, use every excuse possible to not pay out.
Pay by mobile, win and try to withdraw what a joke, had a small win but they want to see my phone bill with the date of my last deposit which isn’t even generated for another 27 days, and then they want to see proof from my bank that I’ve paid the bill which payment isn’t due on till 14 days after bill is generated so 41 days and also then proof from my mobile provider that they received the payment, pathetic site, and also very rude customer services as well.

I would of given no stars if it was an option!
This game is appalling, I've spent 1600£ and only won 400£ back over time.
If you are lucky enough to win good luck getting yr winnings .
They constantly ask for more evidence that it is you,hoping you will give up and they don't have to pay out.
They then lie and say my bank sent the payment back to them.why would they??
When you phone up you get told different reasons as to why you don't receive your winnings.

The first ever withdrawal I tried and it was refused. Why . Because I can not prove that my phone bill is up to date from 4 years ago.... even though the money I used to bet on the site was straight from my bank not from my phone . Please don't use this site . Any excuse to keep your money . Better off using a professional gambling site . Update they have done nothing to rectify this even though they make out on all the comments that they will try help it's fake . The whole thing is a scam just to get your money. If you read there comments on everyone's posts they say the se thing on every post . Don't use Mr spin
