Avoid!!!!…

I wish I read the reviews on here before playing. I have come to the conclusion I will never see my winning despite sending all the documents they wanted and more.
I play on numerous sites and have never had issues like I am having with these scammers. I have now closed my account with them

The worst company to use done let them…

The worst company to use don’t let them have your money I have been using them for over 5 months now have spend 1000’s every time I win the expect me to send them a copy of my phone bill, which has paid even though I’m using my bank card to top up my account with my own money they are still withholding my funds I would advise anyone not to use mr spin also the customer service a shocking and not helpful at all.

Been waiting 7 days for my withdrawal £280 yet no response hasn’t gone in to my bank and hasn’t gone back on the game now they won’t reply to me on live chat absolutely disgusting. I will be seeking legal advice

Don’t bother trying to make a withdrawal! As most of the other reviews below have…

As most of the other reviews below have stated, getting your winnings from this company is near impossible! They want ridiculous amounts of documentation which I have sent but it gets rejected and asked for more documents. It’s only £30 but how many people do they owe small amounts to and are not paying out. All you get from them is that it is all part of the verification process, repeated responses every time like they just copy and paste the same crap to everyone they refuse to pay out. They need reporting and I will be doing so. Awful company to deal with.

Ripping me off my big win

Been using Mr Spin for a long time and no problems until now

I have a withdrawal waiting and I have sent all necessary documents as proof and a few times

They now have not responded on live chat and blocked me from sending documents

I am on a deposit limit and have been for sometime so I can’t go over what I can afford

I want my winnings I won fair and square

They don’t like to payout large amounts

I have reported them for this unlawful act to IBAS and I will take them to court if I have to

They have blocked me from Live Chat and sending documents
I have followed the complaints procedure, but keep replying with the same questions each time

They owe me £7500

Don't pay real money to play on your phone you fools

I joined and used the free spins they gave me. Of course won about £5 used that too, had about 10 minutes of fun, won nothing (this is gambling after all) NOT about to deposit ACTUAL money or give you plonkers my bank details haha. Also I have attached the final response from your complaints team Casefile stating you will pay me my funds. Please take very seriously and read the letters. Do not ever use this site. I have been trying to get a £13 yes thirteen pound withdrawal out of them for over a week. First they wanted photo ID and not they want my phone bill that I deposited on, even though they’ve had my phone bill before! I asked why they needed the phone bill again, they said because the last time you sent the Phone bill was in January and they have a responsibility to the phone provider to make sure my bills are up to date etc. I asked well why not ask for my ID before I deposit to which the response was, “as we are unaware of your deposit method We cannot ask for ID regarding that until it is used” so I said so if your that concerned with the welfare of the phone providers and if the phone bill has indeed been used fraudulently will you be refunding all deposits made by the phone to the phone company? To that they had no response and ended the chat! This all for £13 Avoid this site at all costs!

Edit*** Yes Mr Spin i understand tgat. Someone else's details are in my account!!! My phone number my password someone elses details from england i am from Scotland!!!.
So, last week deposited £10 from my PayPal, straight away wanted ID despite taking my cash first. So sent them everything, then they said this was a 3rd party's ID. So I check and its someone else's name and address in my account details. I have had the same phone number for nearly 3/4 years, and you need a phone number to log in, my password is my partners name. So it's not the wrong account. Live chat hung up twice. No response from Mr spin. I want my deposit back before I report to gambling commission

Let’s you spend money but a thousand checks to win some back with no success

Me spin Letsyou spend money without so many checks but when you win they want a thousand checks pictures of I’d,bank card bank statements and still it isn’t enough to withdraw my money. About 3 months ago I’ve won 800£ and still haven’t been able to withdraw. Making a official complaint. I haven't used this company but they took payment

I haven't used this company. Somehow someone registered my phone number and was able to make two £20 payments without any authorisation from myself.

They won't talk to me about it because I don't know the account details (because I didn't set it up) despite taking payment from me. Seems like a scam and very dodgy.
