I wasn`t sure if I can trust people I don`t know to help me move, but the movers from Movivan came as really pleasant, honest, hard working and professional. From the initial phone call, through the visit from their representative, all the way through the moving day, I was nicely surprised by how easily and smooth everything looks when you hire professional movers. The movers were wearing masks and washed their hands frequently as agreed. They even came to collect the boxes after we have unpacked everything. Nothing broken or lost needed to be mentioned too.
I am happy I have chosen Movian and thankful for their hard work and support in this stressful time. Sophie

Outstanding moving firm. They did exactly what was explained and agreed. The movers sent were sharp on time, friendly and hard working. The office was welcoming and quick replying to my numerous emails. Very efficient and not that expensive. I would strongly recommend it as reliable movers!

Awful experience!
Under quoted what was needed so didn’t turn up with the right sized lorry. Were forced to leave washing machine behind and some plants behind. They also missed lots of items eg. bottles in the bathroom.
Succulent plants destroyed when arrived as had not been loaded on the lorry properly - 25 year old cactus was totally squashed! Shoes weren’t packed in pairs so often one box with one shoe, another box with another.
Lastly, boxes weren’t put in the correct room in new house despite clear instructions.
Complained to the company and was told it was our fault and that we weren’t clear what needed packing in spite of on site quote.
Would never use again!

An outstanding company with excellent value for money. When I read their reviews on Trustpilot I almost thought they were too good to be true, but I found them to be everything that they were recommended for.
Everybody I dealt with was polite, attentive and considerate. I had to change my provisional moving date multiple times and Ivan was patient and persistent in setting up the best service for me.
It was a long and demanding moving day, starting at 8.00am and finishing at 6.00pm and throughout the removal men were polite, very patient and worked very hard. They took great care of my property including my plants. They were professional, efficient and delivered a fantastic service. I'd be delighted to use them again if needed and will definitely engage their services for junk removal once I've settled in.

From start to finish, this was a 5 star service. Mukhtar was incredibly patient and helpful as the date of my move kept changing. Throughout, they did everything they could to accommodate what I needed. The packers and removals guys were top notch. Took the stress out of a stressful process. I highly recommend. They were also the best on price of all the quotes I had and the most attentive.

The worse company . They requested full payment before unloading the good, they also stated it’s part of the terms of conditions in the website. Be very careful with this company especially when they think you wouldn’t pay.
They should’ve sat that because I booked over the phone not on website therefore my contract was the invoice which didn’t stipulate that

Did a great job - friendly removal guys, efficient, helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Asked for directions rather than putting things in the wrong place. Job really well done, would definitely recommend!

Great team, very professional. On time then very efficient. Disassembled bulky items quickly and loaded everything in no time. Then fantastic service at other end too. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

It’s always a worry if the removal company will be reliable and look after our precious items. I highly recommend Movivan - especially coco the tram leader - such a personable guy, he was really in tune with my needs and only wanted to make sure I was happy and everything was running smoothly.
The team of removers worked really well together and were happy to be flexible.
Very professional with the initial quote - the company used an app to work out how much volume we had and how many vans and people would be needed.

Moved on 19 March 2021. These guys work hard and did a fabulous job for me. Nothing was too much trouble and nothing was damaged or broken. Reasonably priced and Would definitely recommend! Thanks so much to all the guys!

Got my removal done in March 2021, three bedroom apartment, two king size beds, sofa, table and other stuff. Together with dismantling and assembling in place. Had agreement with Mukhtar on the phone, I shared a detailed list of items with pictures, and he provided very good pricing that was hard to beat. Two strong guys arrived on time on the van. All job was done quickly, even some extra items were taken at no additional cost. I was kindly provided with some boxes for free. All furniture was wrapped and not damaged during transportation. No hidden costs, I paid exactly what I pre-agreed on the phone. Would use their service again.

The movers were polite, professional and extremely efficient. Everything was dealt with quickly and to a great standard, which included some awkwardly sized furniture. Prompt arrival and good customer service during the booking process.
