Very good service

Easy and very helpful.
Our salesman Joe was brilliant couldn’t do enough to help and make sure everything was as we wanted. No pressure to buy even told us to go away and see if we could beat the price for the car we wanted.
Communication was very good.
Handover was fine Rhys was very helpful.
Only downside was handover took 2.5hrs even though we were booked in.
I would definitely recommend motorpoint Swansea.

Bought a car, engine seized after 34 days, Motorpoint have not helped one bit. Insurance are dragging their heels making a decision on my claim. This is noteworthy since the terms and conditions of the warranty state “We will not accept any claim where the repair has not started within 14 days of the relevant fault being reported to us.”

Warranty/ insurance people were given the necessary information to make an assessment on Wednesday 22nd April. No progress has been made to date (May 1at), despite being assured many time by Motorpoint and spectrum that a decision will be forthcoming.

I am now out of pocket too, since I have had to hire a car for a holiday before the insurance decision, meaning I wont be eligible to claim the advertised £30 a day car hire contribution.

Crucially, I have no car. I live alone in a rural area so this is catastrophic. No sign of any resolution any time soon.

Buyer beware.

The vehicles were in great condition although tyre sealant tool kit was missing from the BMW a cheap inadequate Temu type and quality replacement was offered . I was very dissapointed as the car was only 6 months old and not a cheap budget model I paid for a car complete with its tool inventory the staff were helpful and professional the purchase process was painless when buying We have purchased from Motorpoint previously and found the company well suited our requirements but this time the lack of a correct spare tyre repair kit and a Temu quality replacement and lack of customer service support on the issue left me very dissapointed with Motorpoint

A few teething issues with the car. But sorted out by Claire and Sophie (Newport) which i want to thank for their support in dealing with these and being very understanding. Thank you also for Tom (Newport) and Elliot. Overall happy with the car. Thank you again. Definitely buy from them in the future.

You get free drinks good service and they don’t bother you constantly but if you need anything there very helpful and determined to help you with exactly what you need. Joe in sales was very helpful and honest and was brilliant

Found a car in our price range although had to pay to have it transferred from another area

Damage to paint work, don't notice until I got car home and rain stopped. Returned to motorpoint Swansea and they said to take it up with an mg dealer. Very disappointed.

Very happy with service and politeness of staff, most important no pressure salesmanship. Very easy to buy and sell car. My wife has also had a great experience at Swansea motorpoint buying and selling her car.

There was no pressure to buy and the salesman was very helpful.
Paying was quite an issue as not everyone, especially older people, use apps on phones. Many people do not even bank online.

The initial communication and the whole sale was great

Apart from the ridiculous hologram rule from black horse which prevented me from having a finance deal and thus prevented me from picking up my car it would have been a five star experience.
