Just purchased a gorgeous tiguan r line, my was put at ease with a fantastic young lady called jess, she was perfect In calming me down, as my new vehicle was automatic which I'm not at all confident

No hard sell .take as much time as I needed and your sales person Ben Pyle was excellent

All was good generally. However, it took over 2 weeks to get a car transported to our local motor point. I would have expected more communication regarding delivery but we had to ring for information. The staff were really good. KIRAN and Aisling were great.

Callum was excellent. Not pushy at all and really helpful.

Our experience of buying a car at motorpoint was an enjoyable and stress free.Callum the sales person was very heilpful and explained everthing very well. We would recommend motorpoint to our freinds and relatives.

An excellent service, very friendly and efficient, making you feel comfortable and at ease at all times.
A huge range of cars to choose from and all the advice and support you could need.
Everything was dealt with in a very professional and polite manner, leaving me feeling i was in safe hands.
A first class service.

The only thing that I was rely not satisfied with is, when I went for a test drive with the suzuki swift I was told not to go onto the motorway with the car.
So I did not get the best feel for the driving experience. Know that I have got it, When going on any inclines the performance is very poor.
A bit disappointed with the car.
A car is a very personal for individuals so this time a came out with a car I am not happy with. I think that should be addressed when we are purchasing a vehicle.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially Joe who was very patient, made us feel relaxed and put no pressure on us to buy. On the day we pick up the car there was a issue with the payment process, on this occasion Kiran assisted us with the payment transfer and arranging the road tax. Thanks both!

Brilliant customer service

All went very smoothly with no problems. Only disappointment, although I can see it is difficult, was only being able to value my part exchange car on the condition presented when I went to see the new car and not how it would be presented on handover with windscreen replaced, MOT and service all done. Any how, had a good outcome as my local Vauxhall dealer gave me a good price.

Customer service with Elliott was excellent every visit he was so helpful nothing 2 much trouble and other staff was excellent and helpful in every way (pity the coffee machine wasn't working 😕
