Found my perfect hot hatch
Easy to find car I wanted, put deposit down to hold the car so I could view it at weekend, told if I didn't like it, deposit could be transferred to another car or, refunded if I couldn't find what I was looking for. Ryan was the staff member I dealt with, he was friendly, helpful and happh to answer any questions. He scheduled a half hour slot for test driving, whilst he viewed my part ex, Very pleased to be able to test drive it alone, as more comfortable being able to see how the car drove, features etc....
I purchased the car on finance, only regret was I hadn't noticed mileage allowance per year was 6,000 - last car purchased there had allowance of 8,000 per year, which suited me better as I commute to work and hadn't gone over the 8,000 limit but 6,000 is very low.
Other than that I'm very happy with the car, only one negative - it doesn't have a cd player like my last one, I love my music and have most of it on cd's. Can play from my phone but not a large variety like cd's
Staff are friendly & helpful welcomed at reception, had a coffee whilst I went through paperwork, showroom is roomy, light and modern. Good selection of cars, to suit all tastes.

I noticed a scratch on the front light cover I telephoned next day and was told I should have had a good look before we accepted car we didn’t collect car till 5.30 and only purchased that day I have purchased 6 cars from your Swansea store since it opened and never had treatment like this. I emailed head office and salesman but to date I have had no reply.do you have a 30 day cooling off period so I can return car
