This is pretty much the perfect way to buy a car.
We used the Norwich branch and the staff were excellent including Zak and Shannon with special mention for James Odell.
We like the straightforward no pressure fixed price approach but also its the little touches like free sanitary products in the ladies loo.
The facilities available and the proffesionalism of the staff puts many main brand dealers to shame.
We would definitely use again.

Friendly and helpful staff
The two members of staff we dealt with (Tom & Sophie) were friendly and helpful. We didn't feel pressured to buy but when we decided to buy one of the cars that we tried, the process was easy and timely.

Great customer service by all the team
The Norwich branch team showed me great customer service by all the team. Every member I spoke with were extremely helpful and friendly. They took to time to know my needs and talked through things whilst I was waiting a valuation on my car. They offered me a fair price and found me the exact car I was looking for. Couldn’t fault the process.

All in all everything was fine from…
All in all everything was fine from sale to getting the car the only thing was when I part exchange my car they gave me the lower price even though it just had a new gearbox from nissan under warranty when I could of given my me the higher part exchange but did not give me or mention the part exchange price with besides that all ok

A complete shambles
Thought I had purchased a car from here a while ago. They sold the car to me and said they would keep me updated over the next few days as it was being transported from another branch. I heard nothing for 5 days and when I called them the phone was answered with "hello" (I would have expected "motorpoint Norwich, can I help you?" ) She then transferred me to someone else who then put me on hold for 5 minutes and then told me her manager would call me back. 40 minutes later he did call me back to tell me that the car had been an insurance write off a month before they purchased it so I couldn't buy it. On enquiring why it had taken 5 days to call me the manager muttered something about "having a frenetic week" Terrible customer service and not sure they should be selling cars that have been written off. Apparently it only came to light when the finance company highlighted it.
Be careful with this shambles especially if you are visiting the Norwich branch.

Dear Mr Gee,
I do respect your frustration in having secured a car, to then have me call to cancel and withdraw the vehicle from sale, refunding your deposit for precisely the reason you state. I would be equally frustrated.
As a company we don't sell written off cars, hence removing it from sale the moment we were alerted to the write off status. The delay between the car being written off by the insurance company/previous owners and this note flagging on our HPI checks was the reason it was brought into stock before being rejected and removed from stock once we found out.
I am sorry any of this happened but this was unfortunate and very unusual.

A great experience from start to finish. My new car was shipped from another part of the country and I arranged to view and test drive. Collected the car as per arranged appointment and fully supported throughout the process….many thanks to all at Motorpoint!
