The purchasing journey was faultless but I am so pleased to confirm that the after care I have received is also outstanding. Thank you !

Great choice of cars at very good…
Great choice of cars at very good prices. Staff are really helpful but not pushy. I have to thank Zac and Savannah for looking after us in the purchase of our new Renault. I would definitely go back to see them for our next car.

Good post sales experience
I already wrote a positive review about my sales experience with Ian at Chingford and Lucy at Norwich, who were both really friendly and helpful, but want to add that I’ve also had a very good post sales experience getting a couple of small niggles with the car sorted. Abby has been great at communicating with me and the technical staff have got my car all fixed in less time than estimated. I was also provided with a courtesy car. I will use Motorpoint again for my next car (though hopefully not anytime soon!)

They arranged for the car I wanted to be shipped 300 miles without the guarantee of a sale within 2 days.

All staff encountered @ Norwich were most friendly, helpful & professional. The only disappointment was that the car at collection was not prepared properly.
Stains on seats & grubby arm rests, glue dirt residue from boot sticker etc, had to be addressed by smart techs at POS.

The cars are always in very good…
The cars are always in very good condition and offer value for money. The staff go out of their way to find the right car for their customers, and are patient and hardworking.
The last star was lost because there was quite a bit of difficulty actually buying the car- it took ages!
