Easy quick and straightforward no messing about which I like

From the start of meeting Sales Executive Matthew Howard at Motorpoint I was in good hands. He is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He was able to efficiently process the form filling to enable the purchase of my car despite the number of problems I presented. All in all a professional and happy experience.

Matt, H and Ash were very helpful arranging test drive, and all the paperwork in the hand over of the new and the part exchange of the old vehicle including road tax etc, in an efficient and courteous way

The sales gentleman, Wajid at the Coventry Motorpoint, was extremely helpful, did not come on with a hard sell, just let us have a wander round to look at the cars.
When we had made our selection they were happy to keep it until we came back from holiday.

We reserved the car online, arrived at the appointment time and someone immediately asked if they could help. We were then introduced to Ash would was really good. Allowed us time to look and check the cat over, connect a phone etc, before we had a good test drive. We then arrange to come back a few days later after we had arranged to pay. All payments were made online, cna take multiple forms. Would have liked AMEX, but minor gripe.

The staff was excellent especially h he helped us with the hand over his customer service was excellent and also his manager was good we have had a car from there before that's why we went back would certainly recommend them we will be back in the near future

The Motorpoint team were really engaging and patient but there was never any pressure to buy. There was a good quality and range of vehicles available. I was really impressed with the service. Great facilities available too which meant we could take our time.

One of the best experiences I have had with the motor trade, not only did they offer me a great price for my PX, which they honoured after viewing it, they had reduced the price of the car I was buying, so a win win for me, no rushed hard sell, just drinks, and time to consider, a special thanks to Ash, who was an absolute gem, Motorpoint are lucky to have him, after over a week of ownership of my new car, I’m completely happy with it, bought Tuesday, new logbook came Friday, road tax refund Tuesday the next week.
From my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend Motorpoint Coventry.
Update - fancied a change and found a one year old Suzuki Swift auto at Newport branch, again got an excellent PX offer for my previous car from them, which they honoured, and bought the new car from them for a very keen price, 8 months, 6 thousand miles later, and they offered me £700 less than what I bought it from them, an amazing deal.

Turned up, car had rust patches and a punctured tyre and was supposed to be ready to collect. Have spent a month chasing my deposit return.
