Had a very positive experience. Taylor looked after us very well, he was polite, friendly and professional , listened to all our requirements and found us a lovely car within our price range. The car is lovely and I thoroughly enjoying driving it! It was a smooth transaction from start to finish and J would thoroughly recommend motorpoint. Will definitely be going there for our next car. The sales staff were great & the handover agent really helpful & informative. However, I was really disappointed when I arrived to test drive the car I had paid £199 (& planned to buy ) to be moved from one Motorpoint agent to the Coventry site was so dirty & stained inside I had to request it was revaleted. Even then the sales agent had to finish the job & it still needed attention when I left. It took the shine off of my purchasing experience & had I not paid for the car to be moved I would have walked away! Ash - the sales agent was great in trying to resolve all these issues which should not have been present from the start.

Friendly, knowledgeable salespeople, with no hard sell and transparent information. David in Peterborough was excellent taking us on a first test drive in a hybrid Toyota, explaining how everythig worked. Toby in Coventry was friendly and efficient processing the car we eventually bought.

Staff was very helpful

Very happy. I’d booked in for an 1130 test drive/collection at the Coventry branch but arrived a good half hour earlier. Expecting to wait I was welcomed and immediately taken to the vehicle and left to inspect it. After the test drive Joe dealt with the paperwork process quickly and effectively . Very, very happy with the car and service. Thank you!

Easy and quick purchase process and friendly staff.

Excellent level of service from beginning to end. Slight issue with car Sat Nav was resolved immediately.
After sales support Ash was top chap.

Absolutely cannot fault the service from Motorpoint, from start to finish. There was a bit of a mix up but the lads were super helpful and managed to get us our little Mini back from Ipswich.

Went to test drive her and we ended up with Ash. Between my partner and him I couldn’t stop laughing, safe to say the boys got along swimmingly. It was an easy decision to purchase the car after the test drive. He wasn’t pushy like you get with some car places, the experience was lovely ☺️
