Very helpful staff and didn't feel pressured when browsing the cars. When we decided on one service was excellent. Would recommend Motorpoint to anyone looking for a car.

Sold vehicle with incomplete paperwork. Once brought to their attention, they just said" it won't affect your warranty ". Which demonstrates their lack of concern. They have now had my document to complete since 28th June 2026 which was handed in personally. When asked where document is, they ignored my email yesterday and today just said 'bear with us'. Again demonstrating nonchalant attitude.

All staff members at Motorpoint Coventry were amazing; Efficient, friendly service. No hard sell, just helpful.
Went out their way to make everything seamless.

Dealt with a young man called Archie who was very helpful. When payment method failed he tried other avenues till we obtained success.
I am happy with the vehicle so far so a successful experience to date.

Purchased a Skoda Superb Estate from Coventry branch.
First contact was with Toby who was very professional and went through the procedure and initial viewing of the vehicle with me. On collection I was dealt with by Archie Morgan who was a trainee but handled the situation very well despite his limited experience. I hope I treated him well and did not add to the difficulty of the experience. He was aided by a more senior member of staff, Akshay Sharma, who was able to fill in the gaps and answered all of my questions.
Apart from some items not delivered with the car I was very satisfied by all members of staff I encountered.

Do not buy a car from motorpoint there after sale service is a joke I had my car 11days in which time the engine management light has came on 4 times and is now on constantly I had the car checked over by an independent garage and numerous faults have been indicated no one will answer phones or take responsibility from Motorpoint

They lie was sold a car when i went to pay half of it on a credit card was told couldn't but way round it was to pay 1k then pay the rest to Blackhorse as a overpayment turns out BH dont take credit cards so now I have a debt collecting interest the the 0% I had on the card.. when I said I would return the car as It has a undeclared fault They lied and said I couldnt as they have the right to fix it at least once .. thats untrue if the car has only been had for 30 days or less you have the right to reject and | Have that on camera as I filmed the asshat

Our initial experience was really good.As expected great sales talk.
We purchased our car and was told they guarenteed that it was the cheapest price.
When we found a car... same model,colour,mileage but £800 cheaper they said that it didn't count because that car was a few months newer!!! Than ours it doesn't count.Not really what we're were told and definitely not as good as it was sold to us.What a shame as we live our car
