I recently purchased a vehicle from Motorpoint Coventry, this is the second car that I have bought via this group, The sales person Vickie Miller was excellent in everyway, Vickie provided a slick and totally professional service from start to finish including dealing with my car tax and V5C form, nothing was too much trouble for her. I was also given an excellent part exchange price for my previous vehicle. Every member of staff that I encountered within the showroom was kind, courteous and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Motorpoint for an excellent purchasing experience.

Wanted to say a huge thankyou to Victoria and Toby, who both made my experience at Motorpoint one I will never forget! At first, I felt quite intimidated by the process of purchasing a new car. Vicky’s professionalism, attentiveness and kindness are just a few of the qualities that make her an asset to the Motorpoint Team. She took the time to answer all my questions, which reassured me and made my experience easy and enjoyable. All of the staff we dealt with were brilliant. They arranged for the car we had seen online to be brought from the Maidstone branch to Coventry, it only took a few days. There was no pressure to buy. Everything else was made very easy for us. We were given coffee while Matt went to tax the car at the post office. Excellent service. I would definitely recommend

Great service but we were miss informed that the car we bought had a reversing camera and it hasn’t. We had already committed to the 149 deposit so felt it wasn’t worth losing that over. The hand over at Coventry was fantastic.

Excellent service from Motorpoint Coventry when I bought my car recently. The sales manager was very helpful in letting me sit in different cars while I was working out what I wanted, and Matthew was kind, courteous, and efficient in arranging my purchase.

Buying our new car from Motorpoint was a very comfortable, stress-free process from start to finish. At every stage we felt listened to. We found the car we wanted at a price we could afford. Easy quick and straightforward no messing about which I like

From the start of meeting Sales Executive Matthew Howard at Motorpoint I was in good hands. He is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He was able to efficiently process the form filling to enable the purchase of my car despite the number of problems I presented. All in all a professional and happy experience.

Matt, H and Ash were very helpful arranging test drive, and all the paperwork in the hand over of the new and the part exchange of the old vehicle including road tax etc, in an efficient and courteous way
