Easy process of buying a car, the staff are lovely they really look after you, only issue is the pressure to buy Williams paint at an expensive cost! Otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase and part exchange.

We would have benefitted from a better ‘handover’ of the car we bought ie explanation of the car’s controls etc.

I’ve been purchasing cars from Chingford Motorpoint for over 20 years. Great service, great quality cars and reassurance. On my visit this time Os and Chloe were exceptionally helpful and patient.

Initial contact v blood,spoke to Paul...day of changeover was delayed by one day which cost me extra money with my insurance company... picking up car was ok apart from my part x being downgraded by £200...which caused a problem as I don't do internet banking and motorpoint don't do card machine etc...had to frinng my bank and they could not help me,found this stressful, eventually they sent a link to my phone and was able to pay with gpay...not everyone has internet banking so they need to redress this...the girl who delt with me was v good though...holly?

The customer service was 10/10. Accommodated to my price range and style of car I wanted as well as advising me on extra’s for my new car which will be very beneficial for me! Ibrahim is a brilliant salesman and would definitely recommend people to see him if you are interested in buying a car!

Absolutely fantastic service, the salesman was brilliant. No hard sell, extremely knowledgeable and I’m very happy with the deal. The service was exceptional.

I saw a car online in the Newport Pagnell branch and for a fee was able to have it delivered to Chingford. Inspected and test drove the car and all seems fine. Staff helpful and efficient.

We were met by a lovely Sales Executive - Zeynep. From the beginning to the end, Zeynep handle our purchase with excellent service and compassion. Zeynab was able to answer all our questions, and understood our needs. She was not pushy at all and nor were we rushed. We cannot thank Zeynep enough for her great service.

My experience with Motorpoint was excellent from start to finish. The entire process, including the finance and part-exchange, was incredibly smooth and efficient. While a TPMS (tyre pressure) issue did arise on the drive home, I’ve already been in contact with the team. Given how great the service has been so far, I’m confident they will resolve this quickly and maintain their high standards.

​I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Motorpoint. I paid a deposit for a BMW 2 Series and travelled over 120 miles to view the car, only to find both headlights were compromised,one with severe condensation and the other clearly letting in water.

​Despite these being safety-critical components, I was told the car had passed all quality and safety checks. Even more concerning was the salesperson's claim that the issue would "get better with driving." My own research shows this is a known issue where the headlight housing develops cracks, and "driving it off" will not fix a physical seal breach.

​When I asked if their warranty would cover a replacement if the issue persisted, the staff were "unsure" and eventually admitted the car was priced lower because of the headlights. This is the definition of a lack of transparency. I truly wonder if they are going to continue to advertise this car as "quality checked" while knowingly hiding this fault from the next person. If a car is priced down for a specific defect, that fault must be advertised upfront so people don't waste time and money travelling to see it.

​I asked for a price reduction or a guarantee of a post-sale fix, both of which were refused. I have since requested my deposit back. Buyers beware: check these cars thoroughly, as they seem happy to pass off known defects as minor issues.

Raja was actively listening to my requirements for my car specifications. What was endearing was that although I was with a male he was clear that he was attentive to my needs as the purchaser.

He assisted me with ensuring when I was available to pick up my new vehicle and showed me the technology which I was unused to. He made a curtesy call to me concerning whether I had any issues with my car.

Van had more bumps than in the photos but offered money off so was good in the end. Been a good runner, fits in the family and the boys wheelchair and me work stuff.
