I had a fantastic experience buying my car. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
A special mention to Zeynep, who was absolutely brilliant throughout. She was friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. Her communication was excellent, and she went above and beyond to make the entire experience a positive one.

Lovely car but let down by aftersales.
Got a lovey car however there was several parts that didnt match uo with the advert ie damage and 2 keys when only one working. It has now been over 2 weeks and still not had any of the matters dealt with all i am being told it’s been ordered.
When i have gone to a Skoda dealer the parts are in stock and could be fitted and sorted this week so not sure what Motorpoint is taking so long over.

Recently bought my car from Motorpoint…
Recently bought my car from Motorpoint with the help of Nikhal and it was super easy from start to finish. The car was brought over to a nearby motorpoint centre within a few days of purchasing and then I collected all within a week. At the centre Nik & Zeynep dealt with the whole process really quickly and smoothly and it was a pleasure meeting them.

Chloe Brown - brilliant (Chingford branch)
Chloe Brown made my experience great. She was brilliant at the Chingford branch! However, prior to going to collect my car, I was told it could only be held for 7 days otherwise it will be available for others to buy. My salesman was Faheem, he was brilliant. But there was another gentleman that called me to let me know about my car being available again after 7 days, which I think the communication from the companies side should be much better.
