Have used Motorpoint now twice and find then helpful
The person who we did the deal with and the person who dealt with us on the day of collection were different people. I thought the one person would see us through the whole process. I mentioned a couple of points on the MOT record on the car. Not 100 percent sure these points were taken seriously.

All staff were good to deal with
All staff were good to deal with. Although now happy with the vehicle it was presented on the day of collection in a very sub standard state of cleanliness mainly inside. We have had to have the car fully cleaned and valeted at our expense plus there was only one key with a battery in, we had to have a new one fitted.
This is our fourth purchase from Motorpoint and we will use again, the above is constructive criticism and hope that it is taken on board regarding vehicle cleanliness and presentation.

An enjoyable experience
Rob was fantastic at showing cars I would be interested in- very patient and not at all pushy. The test drive was arranged in the spot and Rob was very kind in talking me through the automatic and encouraging me to practice reversing using the camera . The showroom was spotless and the range of hot drinks and biscuits made for a comfortable experience.
When I came to pick up my new car, Ryan was very personable. He was fairly new to the job and would benefit from more guidance re helping the customer with the new car controls and finding the documents ( they were in the boot - I discovered when I returned home)

Good staff but watch about only one key
Details were very clear about the vehicle, staff very helpful. The one thing I didn't realise is when only one key is given (I was told there was only one key) just how expensive an additional key is for a Renault Captur MK2 2024 ie around £550 -£600.

Very helpful
Very helpful, not too pushy. When picking the car up and given the keys to inspect the car, we feel the sales person should have come with us to answer any questions that we might have had then.. but it was a smooth experience over all.
