Really great value & service
Really great value, almost new cars with £1000s savings. Matty in Burnley and Lacy in Castleford Really helpful. Only two small issues with which Matty has put in to action and should have them sorted very soon. 1: should have had two keys supplied with the vehicle (just had one on collection) and 2: the original rear number plate had been changed (the model of car I purchased has a distinctive style) so, hopefully both items have been ordered and on route 👍

Pick up of car was quick and efficient. Unfortunately there was a problem with rear parcel shelf resulting in 3 return trips before it was solved. Otherwise the experience was very good. Staff were always very helpful.

So easy to purchase with great friendly staff.
Showed me around the car, never pestered me, told me all about it and made us very welcome.
Let us take a test drive without supervision, it was all quite simple.
Purchasing was simple, we came next day to collect and car was ready. The admin person (Millie) was really efficient and had all the answers to our questions, excellent.

For the main it was a proffesioal and positive experience . No direct pressure to purchase a vehicle. The extended warrenty could have been explained a bit clearer . In the fact it was a third party who actualy delt with and complaints.
Test drive is to short. Three to four miles does not give a purchaser time to evaluate as to wether the vehicle suits his needs. Other than that no problems. Thankyou.
