Staff unhelpful when things go wrong

Everything went fairly well until the car was delivered damaged. Motorfinity refused to follow the issue through with the dealership and left us to take the matter up with the manufacturer Renault UK. The car was finally repaired on 14-January-2026, almost 4 months after taking delivery of the car. Very disappointed with the after care service received from Motorfinity

Motorfinity are great

Motorfinity are a brilliant company made possible by exceptional staff. I have been very pleasantly surprised on how easy the buying of a new car via Motorfinity on line has been.
Cameron Jones was my initial contact, he was able to guide me through the whole buying process, he ensured form filling on line by me was not a huge challenge to me and was very patient!!!
Lucy Smith in the delivery team is so knowledgeable and has been mega helpful from start to finish. Lucy kept me informed via e-mail and phone every step of the way.
I would not hesitate to use Motorfinity again. Motorfinity come highly recommended from me. Thank you all of the team for great service.

Excellent service from order to delivery.

I ordered a Toyota Yaris Cross. The team at Motorfinity were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. . They kept me updated on the progress of the order. Got a great price for both the new car and part ex for my old one. The delivery driver was also amazing and again very helpful. Great company to do business with. Thank You.

Really good value

Really good value, especially with the Blue Light Card discount. No pushy up-selling of unnecessary extras. Delivery was a little later than I expected but that was due to the manufacturer/dealer, rather than Motorfinity. Communication was regular throughout.

Rav 4 no more

Ordered a Toyota Rav 4. Motorfinity accepted the order in November. Explained it would be ready in Jan.
Received messages from their delivery team everything was going fine, then that Toyota were still building the vehicle, which rang alarm bells.
Delivery team passed back to the ordering dept who then explained Toyota lost the order.
This has meant several months without a car making the journey to and from work at hospital more difficult.

Simply the Best

From Ordering the car at a very competitive price with Brady.
And taking out a 5 year service package with Kit .
And the Delivery Team Fiona keeping me up to date was an extremely smooth and seemless process.

This was the first time I had ordered a car online without having ever seen the physical car.
Whilst I knew what car I had decided to purchase I must say you are always apprehensive but why did I ever doubt …
From getting a quote for the vehicle from Brady at a very competitive price I can honestly say I had a £4500 saving on 2 quotes I had from dealers .
Placing the order was so easy and you were then passed on to the delivery team Fiona who kept me informed all the way through the process while waiting for the car to be produced at the factory.
I had enquired when ordering the car if a service package was available for the vehicle this was dealt with by Kit and again was competitive and was also taken out.
When the car was available for delivery all details of payment and insurance required was promptly and clearly explained.
Also the delivery driver who delivered the car on the transporter to my home called me to give me a time of arrival and again was superb in all aspects so please pass on my thanks to him.
Would I buy through Motorfinity the answer is a resounding yes genuine savings and a professional team and flawless process from start to finish have recommended to a neighbour who is ex services and again had the same experience .Thank you Motorfinity Team

Bought a new car recently. Fiona oversaw the the sale. I was kept up to date with developments and she responded promptly with any queries I had via email. I received the car as planned and all went smoothly. Very happy with the car and service.

Car purchase

From the very start to the very end the service was excellent. Patrick who initially took my order was very professional and patient answering all the questions i had in mind. Lucy Smith dealt with the whole process and delivery. She was professional, friendly and understanding. The car was ready for delivery earlier than expected, but I did not have my finances ready yet. Lucy understood the issue and waited patiently until I was ready. Kitt Matrix sorted my finance plan with my local Toyota dealer. Again, quick, friendly and hassle free. Delivery itself was great. Motorfinity used the third party Listers company. Mark was very friendly dropping off the car… No issues.
In summary, the whole process of buying the car was jut too easy, quick with no drama. Well recommended….

Professional service with a smile

Well, I was amazed at how well this all went for me. I was initially surprised when I realised that the Blue Light Card discount was over £11 000.
Cameron Jones was my initial point of contact and he was very smooth and professional. Fiona Bennison was in the delivery team and as my excitement built, she guided me through the process and made it all seem so effortless. The icing on the cake was when Kitt Matrix in the delivery team offered me a service plan which was £500:00 cheaper than the main dealer!
All in all, I have to admit that Motorfinity have excelled themselves with my new car order and delivery. The delivery was so simple and easy. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend you look closely at this hidden gem of a company. Definitely worth the full 5 stars!!

Delivery of new Ford Kuga.

New Ford Kuga was delivered yesterday, 20 Jan 2026. The process to order it with Motorfinity and have it delivered was extremely simple and took just 14 days from placing the order with Cameron Jones with Katie Powell of the Delivery Team arranging its shipment much earlier than expected.
The Motorfinity team kept in regular contact between the order being placed and the date of delivery.
Very impressed with the quality of the service.

New vehicle purchase

Just taken delivery of my shiny new Toyota. Fantastic discount. Well informed throughout the whole experience.
Only downside was the value for my car in part exchange was very low, sold it myself for twice their valuation.

Good experience

I ordered a new car last Autumn and took delivery of it last week. The whole process was smooth, it was longer than I expected but Motorfinity responded quickly to any queries and were knowledgeable and helpful throughout. I was helped by Luke and Lucy who were both excellent. Would definitely recommend.

A hassle free new car

There isn't much I can say that hasn't already been said in other reviews. My wife wanted a new car, her Blue Light card directed her to Motorfinity and the rest was easy. Very easy to deal

Very easy to deal with and a great deal on a new car obtained.
Found them very efficient from this first enquiry through to delivery. They were courteous and responded quickly to calls and emails.
Car was an excellent deal too.

Seamless & Stress-free!

I collected my new car yesterday.
This is the first time I have used Motorfinity and I have been very impressed with their service.
From the first contact when I was exploring various options to the point of delivery has been seamless.
Cameron Jones from the Account Management Team was so helpful helping me when finalising the decision on manufacturer & specification of the vehicle I wanted.
Kitt Matrix from the Telesales Team kept in the loop when the order had been placed and when various bits of paperwork needed to be completed.
Katie Powell & Linnea Donovan from the Delivery team walked me through the delivery process making it stress-free.
