This is Ginger cordial, the ingredients you can make at home for around £4. The thing that annoys me most is that it comes up on my Facebook feed 10 times a day and I can’t get rid of it! That suggests that around £25 from the sale of each bottle goes on Facebook posts! Please, leave it out!

We source fine vinegar made from the best apples, undergoing a slow double fermentation process - very different from standard alternatives. We then macerate our botanicals and allow them to age for several weeks to months, deepening the complexity of flavour. Instead of sugar, we use honey, which not only enhances the taste and mouthfeel but also adds natural benefits - though it’s a much more premium ingredient. Over 63% of our ingredients are organic, and every step of our process is designed to maximise quality and taste.
We’re very sorry to hear the advertising has felt excessive. Unfortunately we don’t have control over how frequently platforms like Facebook choose to show adverts to individuals, but we do appreciate the frustration.

Poor ordering experience.
So far, the customer service for a failed delivery has been terrible. I had to chase for an update, and even then, the tracking ID doesn't work. No apology for me having to chase or an explanation for the delay in updating me. My order was for 2x limited edition rhubarb, which got damaged in transit, so it couldn't be completed (not Mother Root or my fault, I can tolerate that), but to just say, "I don't know when it'll be available," isn't good enough. I ordered it whilst it was in stock and I've paid for it. Give me a full refund as the first action, and then we can talk about me replacing the order. Don't leave me hanging, and then I have to do the legwork to find out what's going on. That was very disappointing to see. I love the company's product, but the service has been subpar. I hope to see some improvements, as I've gotten so many people onto Mother Root and I've spent a fortune buying it from local suppliers or online. When I eventually see some positive action, I can update my rating.

Too Sweet
It has sugar in it making it much too sweet for my taste. I should have read the ingredients more carefully. I would prefer an unsweetened beverage.

My shipment was undeliverable. After I reached out, the Company staff responded quickly and professionally. Renet promptly arranged a new shipment with expedited delivery. It arrived today. They made good on fixing the situation with minimal effort from me and were very kind throughout.

Excellent drinks and customer service
The Mother Root team have gone above and beyond to help me with an order. They always respond to queries really quickly and when I recently had a technical issue with ordering the limited edition Rhubarb they did everything they could to finalise my order. As well as having a great team the drinks they make are absolutely delicious and a real game changer. Thank you to you all

Very friendly and helpful customer experience. When my parcel went missing they were right on it and made sure I had a replacement Mother Root within a few days. I’m looking forward to trying it now!

What an excellent delicious non alcoholic cocktail drink! The ginger is warming and the inclusion of capsaicin adds a nice flavor note. We enjoy it with both soda and tonic and find the ginger also helps with inflammation I experience. So unique and enjoyable as our evening cocktail!

Great product
Great product, very complex, ginger-y with a kick. Good with almost any sparkling water or soda or tonic. Don’t forget to shake it up. I have tried many nonalcoholic wines and sparkling wines and gave up. This makes a good drink.
Customer service is also great. One of two bottles leaked and FedEx delivered only one, but I should be getting a replacement soon.
