This company has been harassing me since September. They are a nasty inhumane corporation who are part of Cabot. They ignore your request for information even though They are successfully engaged in pre action protocol. The one response I did receive via email was unprofessional and stated they would no longer reply to my concerns. I will be reporting this matter to the information commissioners office and also the FCA

I honestly don't know how these people get away with BOMBARDING you with texts, phone calls and letters.
I had a debt which I was paying off without any problems, but suddenly the lender decided to pass my account to these absolute low lives!! I could not cope with the severe harassment so I borrowed money to pay off the debt. When I called M C solicitors they tried to make out they cared about my mental state and was asking very personal questions, apparently to make sure i had the right support in place, absolute jokers!!!! YOU ARE THE CAUSE OF MY MENTAL HEALTH DECLINE, DONT MAKE OUT YOU CARE, YOU DONT!!!!!! you are scum!!

Absolute disgusting company part of Cabot Financial who are also a joke, have now made threats of a CCJ against me well I will see you in court bring the Deed of Assignment with you which I have asked four times already

This company is harassing me for a debt of previous owner/tenant, I have emailed to try and get it to stop and they keep harassing me at my home, I have nothing to do with this, I bought my house 18 months ago, today they visited my house with a warrant, this needs to STOP!!!

tried contacting them regarding my debt to explain my situation they ignored me and the proceeded to take me to county court now I have to pay back an unaffordable amount I have 4 kids am unable to work as I am my partners carer, terrible un-sympathetic people.

Harassing me for a debt that is not mine and I have never had so not sure why they feel the need to text me call me at least 6 times a day. I have sent countless letters requesting they stop this is now being actioned further…. Do not answer to them or involve yourself with incompetent staff and bully tactics…

while they may be a debt collector, they can be very nice to deal. Joya was very patient, very considerate and warm whilst listening to my circumanstances and i felt i was being treated with respect.

They are still harassing me about a 9yr old CCJ which absolutely had to have been paid off when i sold my house 7yrs ago. Just had to be as part of the conveyancing process. Crooks.

Shocking service filled out paperwork on time sent back on time but because paperwork was late from postal service they than transferred it to court and hit me with more charges very underhanded

I have to say that after reading all bad reviews I was petrified. I missed one call from them and did my search. I got another call today and I have to say it was very pleasant experience considering unpleasant circumstances. The person I spoke to was Victoria, she extremely helpful and full of understanding. She was also very nice and polite. Thank you Victoria for all help today.

SENT A LETTER TO MY SON WHICH WAS TIME SENSITIVE STATING TO FILL OUT THE FORM OTHERWISE A CCJ WILL BE IMPOSED WHICH HE DID THEN THE SENT A LETTER BACK STATING THEY NEVER GOT THE FORM BACK WHICH THEY DID AND TRIED TO USE THE DATE SENT RATHER THAN THE DATE IN THE NARRATIVE OF THE LETTER! SHE AGREED IT WAS WRONG BUT THEY CARRIED ON WITH THE CCJ ANYWAYS! THEY DON'T CARE AND SHE SAID THAT IF I WANTED THE JUDGEMENT REMOVED HE HAS TO PAY BY 30TH SEPTEMBER WHEN MCS WAS AT FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE! ARE YOU GUYS THAT DESPICABLE AND DESPERATE TO RUIN LIVES FOR YOUR OWN GAIN BY GETTING IN BED WITH NORTHAMPTON COURT? THEN HAVE THE AUDACITY NORTHAMPTON COURT BELIEVING MCS AND THREATEN TO TAKE GOODS ON THE BACK OF THEIR INCOMPETENCY? YOU ALL NEED TO WIND YOUR NECK IN AND STAY IN YOUR LANE! THEN YOU TRY TO SHOW SYMPATHY? BUNCH OF UNSYMPATHETIC NASTY PEOPLE ALL OF YOU 😡🤬😤

Applied for a ccj which was time barred never done any back ground checks on the debit which was purchased by Cabot just applied to the court
I won my case and the ccj is being removed from my credit file -l

After reading reviews I was terrified about phoning this company. I really shouldn't of been and if you are in similar situation pick up the phone and ring. They set up a really fair affordable re payment. I felt at ease the whole time they couldn't of been any more helpful. 1 step into getting my debts under control.

Please cease and desist all calls and contact with me, immediately. You are verging on harassment now, all daily calls from you have been logged including the ones before the legal time of 8am... I've have tried to leave this via your website but of course there was an issue submitting it so I'm leaving it on a public forum now.

Only had my paperwork on there desks for 3 Months, And sent for CCJ, Zero Letters to my house, and recieved 2 emails, i dont answer numbers i dont know as i do not want to be scammed,

so now going to have a County court Judgment because of them not being able to get intouch

This company has been harassing me for months. I didn’t want to give my information over the phone so I asked them to send me a letter detailing what their business was with me and it never happened but I get 6-8 phone calls a day, discusting company and Cabot should be ashamed of themselves for forwarding them to harrass you

I phoned this company with a huge amount of trepidation based on previous reviews.
I found myself with a debt I couldn't afford, which I'd tried to ignore, however, I was days away from bailiffs coming to my door so knew I had to discuss the situation.
I really didn't hold out much hope of a solution being reached as previous people have said this company do not care about anything but taking your money by any means necessary.
My call was answered by a young lady whose name I don't think would be pertinent to mention on this site, but I found out she was of Lithuanian descent.
From the offset she put me at ease.
She was understanding and compassionate to my plight. She offered advice that was more in line with that which a counsellor would give, not a debt recovery agent.
She listened to everything I had to say and arranged a fair repayment plan, encouraging me to call her if I ever found myself struggling.
If this person is reading this review I just want to say thank you so much for helping me to face up to what I have to deal with and easing a burden I've been carrying for so long.
You are a credit to your profession and a truly good and decent human being.
