Useless company!!!
Arranged for them to come out last thursday afternoon. As he was in my area (so i was told) Was told im the first call of the afternoon so would be with me between 12 & 2. It got to 1.15pm and i had a feeling he wasnt coming, i rang to find out how long he would be as when i booked the appointment i explained i had to leave to collect the kids at 2.45.
The woman told me he had been held up on his job and because im going out he would now come after 3.45 when im back from the school run.
At 3.30pm i called to see if he was on his way because no-one had rang me she said hes leaving in 10 minutes and would call me. An hour passed still no call still no engineer so i rang back, he was stuck on a job in preston (approx 2hours away from me) so nowhere near my area like the woman first said. The man i spoke to said he will be with me around 6.30pm.
Noone showed!
The following morning 9am i rang to speak to the manager. I think his name was ian he apologised and arranged to have an engineer out the following thursday (my day off) between 9.30am and 10am. he said “I GIVE YOU MY WORD” he will be there!!! So i waited in yesterday morning 10.15am came still no engineer. I called the office to be told hes stuck on a job. 11am came still no engineer. I rang them about 11.30 to ask for a refund, as they was more than happy to take my money but not guarantee an engineer. He said i will receive an email as soon as jade was off the phone to reply to with my bank details. And they only process refunds on a friday.
It took 3 phone calls over 3 hours to receive this email to finally be able to reply with my bank details. I didnt want them not to process it as they only refund on fridays i would of had to wait yet another week. Would NOT recommend this company!!!!

Because of a boiler leak caused by excessive water pressure, my wife decided to hire Morgan's based on positive Trustpilot reviews. Initially, a Morgan's engineer managed to restore our heating, but due to time constraints and additional work needed, they suggested another visit. Due to a previous identical leak, we informed the engineer that we already possessed a spare heat exchanger and seals from Firebird, supplied during warranty, requiring only installation. Additionally, we requested fitting a pressure gauge to the existing Pressure Release Valve (PRV) to monitor and control pressure. The initial call-out cost £90.

Several days later, two engineers arrived and installed a mini vessel that was unrelated to solving the leak and replaced the existing fully functioning PRV, both without our request. They failed to install the requested pressure gauge and were unable to replace the seals, claiming both the heat exchanger and seals needed replacing, yet invoiced us £315.46 for achieving nothing. Despite informing them of our existing parts, they quoted an additional £709.72 for replacements, insisting on supplying parts we already had.

Facing a staggering total bill of £1115.18 from Morgan's for a simple leak fix, and concerned i was being misled, I sought another local boiler engineer's services. They resolved the issue promptly finding that the heat exchanger did not need replacing, used the existing seals i had, installed a pressure gauge as requested, and billed only £130...!!! Despite disputing the unnecessary work, Morgan's refused a full refund of £315.46, alleging approval from my wife, who lacked detailed knowledge to challenge this. I strongly advise questioning all proposed services and charges from Morgan's. Without doing so, I would have incurred an unnecessary additional expense in excess of £1000.

Had old oil tank drained and removed in a couple of hours. Very quick as the tank had to be cut up.

Adam, Luke and third chap ( can’t remember his name) were absolutely brilliant. They were thorough, polite and very very hardworking. New boiler works really well and have a lovely warm family home. Will be using them again whenever in the future. Glad I found this company!

I have found Morgan’s to be a very professional outfit who respond quickly to events, deploy engineers who clearly know their stuff and carry out their work with a minimum of fuss, wanting to get onto the next job.Estimates are quickly provided and their payment system is quick and simple to do. Overall a good experience with this company

We booked a service for the LPG boiler in our static caravan with Morgans knowing very little about them, other than good reviews of the company online. However, we were extremely pleased with the service we received. The Engineer Richard arrived as planned and was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient and pleasant. The job was completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner. We will definitely be using Morgans for our boiler service for the foreseeable future and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Thanks also to Jade for her excellent administration skills and follow up. All in all, very impressive.

I had my oil tank drained and removed today. Luke and his colleague (I think Max?) arrived promptly, explained exactly what they’d be doing and carried the work out very quickly and efficiently. Both very friendly gentleman. I would definitely use Morgan’s Plumbing and Heating again.

New boiler fitted by Danny, great job. We had a problem understanding programming and Morgans sent another Engineer out very promptly next day. He was very helpful, didn't catch his name.
Admin is efficient and friendly.

Old boiler expertly serviced by Diyar who didn’t stint on time or anything.the boiler was so old we decided to have a new one anyway which was then installed (expertly of course) a few days later by Joe We are very pleased with the service provided by Morgan’s and we will be using them (And recommending )in the future

We are very happy with the work done by Joe and Win. A complicated problem involving a leak in a hidden part of the system was resolved, with a courteous and helpful approach.

Joe excellent in assessing the deficiencies of our current set up and explaining how repairs would be carried out. Also very clear about the benefits of a new boiler and what the installation would encompass. Look forward now to receiving the two quotations.

Our heating packed up just when the temperature dipped. I found Morgans on Google and took a chance. Great decision! Joe showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem, explained everything and told me what was broken. Two working days later, he returned with a replacement valve, got the boiler going again, then made sure all the radiators were balanced. He was courteous, conscientious and careful and made sure everything was clean, tidy and working. The final bill was less than the estimate, so I’m a very happy customer in a toasty warm flat.

Diyar Topal came to undertake a first service on my Worcester Bosch boiler. He arrived within the time scale given to me, polite and friendly. Completed the service efficiently. Also very kindly sorted out my thermostat issue. Explained how to fill the boiler which had concerned me.Very pleased with the service which i will use again.

We spoke to Lloyd end of last week and he came on time this morning. He presented himself very professionally, carried out the work and took away the worn out items. Excellent work

From receiving the best Quote for boiler replacement , dealing with excellent staff on the phone , The engineers Tom and Max arrived at 8am and worked until the boiler was installed , without a break , explained working details , old boiler removed from site , left clean and tidy , would thoroughly recommend Morgans , first class , and local

The initial phone contact was faultless - phone answered quickly and an appointment for a boiler service set up within the next few days. Adam the engineer arrived within the time frame given (after delay due to snow) and was really efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I’m thrilled with this company and won’t hesitate to use them again.
