Called beforehand to let me know when they were coming and arrived on time. Really friendly lads who took the time to get the job done properly (removing an old oil tank). Would use again if I needed anything similar done in the future.

I needed may old steel oil tank replacing as it had developed a small leak. Morgans quickly gave me a quote and had some dates available to start the work. I wanted to get a quote from a second company which took over two weeks to obtain and was more expensive, so I should have just gone straight ahead with Morgans. They did a great job, were really friendly and kept me informed of how things were progressing - couldn't ask for more.

The engineers, Adam & Tommy, were great - polite and hardworking. However, they came 7 hours later than scheduled, at nearly 5pm instead of 9-10am, on a Saturday. I have no problem with their workmanship and clearing up afterwards when replacing an oil tank. I just thought that the email demanding payment before 9am Monday morning, followed by three phone calls the same day was a bit rude and, frankly, desperate. I paid, of course, but won't use or recommend the firm again. It's a shame as the engineers are people I would have wanted in the future to service the boiler and see to any faults.

Adam and Max did an excellent job replacing a very old and dirty oil boiler. Adam worked very long hours to get the job done and was professional throughout. Tommy who surveyed the job was very knowledgeable too. Many thanks

Contacted Morgan's after being let down by someone else, responded within 2 hrs, ordered parts and job completed within the week, excellent and timely service,

Exceptional service. Turned up within one hour of my initial call. Diagnosed the problem and quoted the same day. New part fitted the next day. Office staff and Engineers were very friendly, efficient and professional. Would highly recommend.

Had our oil tank renewed 17th July.Quite a tricky job to do as it was steep ground.
But the lads called Luke,Wyn and Matthew did a fantastic job fitting it for us.

Absolutely brilliant as always. No heating or hot water and Morgans sent an engineer the same day. ( I am sorry I didn't catch his name...I am deaf but he was from Wrexham!). He identified the problem straight away as being the meter. He phoned the utilities and one was fitted in half an hour!! He then cleaned the fan and...hey presto all working! We always use Morgans and they offer an outstanding service to us out in the sticks!!

Replaced an old leaking oil tank for us within 12hrs workmanship is excellent. Left all tidy and nothing for us to do. Cannot recommend this company enough. They respect your property and are kind and courteous

I couldn't recommend Morgan's plumbing and heating more highly. The engineer Richard turned up on time and carried out the work that was required quickly and efficiently. Boiler service and replacing a faulty pressure gauge. He also tidied up the work area before he left. Top class service throughout our dealings with the company from first contact with Jade in the office to Richard carrying out the work. I thought the pricing of jobs was fair as well. Thanks guy's

I highly recommend Morgan’s from the first interaction with Jade to report our situation the service was excellent. Tommy came out to diagnose and although a new cylinder was required the turnaround from diagnostics, to repair was made as smooth as possible. Adam installed the new cylinder and the water pressure and service including tidy working was excellent. Thanks Guys

The engineer Luke arrived at the time he said he would, he efficiently serviced my boiler and replaced a faulty programmer in no time at all. After so many let-downs with others, we found this company and they have been brilliant. Reasonably priced and they turn up when they say they will. Their office staff are also very responsive, getting back to enquiries in a very short timeframe. A true gem.

We were extremely pleased with the boiler replacement carried out by the team from Morgans.
Matt and Danny worked tirelessly to complete the work in one day rather than the two days allocated.
They were very helpful and explained everything.

Turned up and spent four hours getting our steel boiler out of it's tightly-fitting brick-built outhouse. Had to cut a section of tank away in a very confined space. Valliant effort in pouring rain! Well done guys (sorry didn't get your names). Very polite. Cleaned up all the rubbish too. Brilliant job!

Excellent customer service! Called on a Saturday afternoon to say we had a crack in our oil tank and that same evening Adam & Tom came out and drained the tank below the crack. Monday afternoon new tank fitted and refilled. Great job five stars all the way.
