My parents recently used this company (Sept 23) they had an old emersion heater fitted in there attic space there was alot of new pipework etc fitted and a shower pump removed also in attic space so all was wdll until the cold week we had in Dec 23 suddenly the house was flooded out throughout the property over night !!!? Disaster had struck two old pipes had frozen and burst where pump was removed and a valve frozen and burst in new installed system hell of a mess there was minimal insulation on new work and old pipework where pump was removed was UNINSULATED existing insulation not put back !! So house gas been repaired etc on house insurance and morgans came to replace frozen and burst in the valve they fitted and repaired other burst pipes . Now we have been putting up new ceiling etc Jan 24 only to find new valve that morgans fitted is LEAKING not clever we have since had system checked and fittings tightened up etc as not tight enough this has cost our insurance company £35000 that's my review I can't give no stars unfortunately there were different fitters that came to the property all sub standard in my opinion

Had the company of Danny and Matt for the day while they replaced my boiler.
Really laid back experience. Went smoothly and boiler was fitted, tested and all rubbish taken away. Happy with the work ethic they had. No complaints from me

Very good service from Morgan Plumbing and their plumber Diyar. He was professional, skilled and clean.

Unfortunatly my partner never got the chaps name who came to sort our boiler problem . The full experience with this company was out standing . Polite and informative . Work carried out explained , clean and efficient . We expected to have to wait due to the high demand but all work completed within days . Would highly recommend Morgans plumbing and heating.

Phone call to the office in the morning and Adam was knocking on our door by lunchtime. Such good service that I’m now taking out a Care Plan with the company.

Friendly, helpful office staff went out of their way to find me a solution to my boiler problem. Eventually they supplied and fitted a new boiler at reasonable cost. Engineer Andrew worked all day with little rest and left the place looking as tidy as when he arrived. Took all rubbish with him too. Very satisfied and I will use the company again.

All very polite and professional, respectful of house and cleaned up afterwards .

We are not impressed with this company. We asked for 2 jobs to be done together but when the engineer came out only 1 job was done. We were then quoted £913 for the other job!!. We wouldn't have had the first job done(£450) if we'd known the full price. I complained to them but nothing was done. Be very careful with them. I won't be recommending them to anyone else.

The engineer arrived early and completed the service in good time.

The gas engineer Diyar was excellent he explained what test he was doing, he was very professional and friendy.

Had an issue with an LPG gas oven which was less than 1 year old but, because I was not given the gas safe certificate when installed, the manufacturers refused to attend. Back and forth to the installer and the previous owner of the home got me nowhere but, as I had booked Morgan's to carry out my boiler service, I asked them to add this job and they were happy to.
Adam attended and was very thorough discovering that the oven had not been set up correctly and it was burning rich was causing all of our issues. He swiftly and professionally dealt with the matter and we now have a fully functioning oven.
Needless to say, we will be using Morgan's every year for our boiler service and any other gas requirements.
I can't recommend them highly enough.

I first contacted Morgan’s heating dept November 2022 after experiencing problems with my oil fired boiler after finding it almost impossible to find an oil boiler technician . Immediate response. Since then I’ve needed to contact them a number of times, with the ongoing problem ie, failing to fire properly. I’ve had various technicians over that time, without knowing their names. The one I’ve seen most is named Alan I think, all have been very good, knowledgeable, courteous, clean and tidy work. I eventually had to replace the boiler as it was beyond repair economically. Alan?or Adam, I’m very deaf so don’t hear clearly, arranged this on the Thursday, fitted on the Saturday in freezing cold weather( it’s an outside boiler) this took most of the day, they,( two of them) must have been frozen. Never complained, wonderfully professional. Excellent workmanship, determined to get it done in a day, as I’d been without heat and hot water for two and a half days. Very impressive workmanship.
Highly recommended, will certainly use them again. They also have very good service contract facility which I had signed up for previously.

Tom arrived first to try and fix the old boiler but we decided in the end to go for a new one when we had the quotes. Danny then arrived to install the new one and was with us for a couple of days. All went well. Joe then came out to check the timer for us after speaking to the very helpful lady in the office.(sorry didn't get her name) A very efficient company who did everything they promised will definately be using them for all our requirements in the future.

Work just finished.So far so good. Engineers were pleasant ,polite and did a clean job.Unfortunately I did not get names. They definitely deserve recognition for their work. The house was left all clean and tidy with all rubbish taken away. This is the second boiler Morgan’s have installed for me and I recommend them.

Great customer service by Jade and support from management. Danny did a great job fixing some persistent leaks and always put in maximum effort.

Strongly recommended.

Answered my call straight away and sent Adam around same day!
He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained what was needed. A quote was sent to my e mail within a day and was very reasonable ( I had priced the parts myself off e bay lol) . On fitting day, Adam turned up bang on time, removed his shoes and completed the work in no time, even replacing an unexpected faulty valve at no extra cost.

Engineers Luke and Max did an excellent job of replacing my oil tank. They listened to my requirements around position of the tank, worked quickly and ensured all was tidy. They explained how to use the tank and oil monitor. Excellent work.

Replacement boiler fitted this week can’t fault the service from start to finish. Engineers Tom and Max arrived on time ready to start the job. Preparation work was excellent, showing respect for the property. The work was completed in the timescale quoted, the property was left clean and tidy. Brickwork completed. Would highly recommend. Max enjoyed the mince pies 😊

Tom phoned to say he was on his way. Did the job efficiently. Checked all was working properly. Very polite and helpful. Highly recommended.
