I was a bit weary about ordering these as I didn’t know if they would actually last, but everything arrived, they were super easy to apply, and it’s lasted over two months so far and still on ! So I would recommend!

Everything was sound, just the star gem definitely isn’t worth while, looks super cheap compared to the photos

Love these gems and their kits, I’ve been using them for a couple of years now and have had loads of compliments! They last long if taken care of properly and are so easy to apply. I will say however the cherry gems are a bit bigger than in the pictures and it looks a bit too busy on one tooth.

Absolutely awful company, placed an order on the 31/12/25 and waited 2 weeks for HALF of my order to arrive with no updates on tracking or shipping. emailed the company so many times regarding missing parts of my order and the tooth gem lasted less than 24h with following all the instructions but no reply after around 6 emails sent to them. It's now the end of jan and I still haven't had a reply let alone a resolution to the issues. Awful customer service and very misleading brand.

really quick delivery and excellent service

It’s been over 10 days I cannot track my package and haven’t received my items yet after a large order. They definitely are not a UK brand, the package is being shipped from China, this is a problem due to the websites false advertisement and lies about UK shipping times, it’s kinda weird there’s a Chinese shipping tracking number on the Shop App as well?

My order still hasn’t arrived, I placed it weeks ago.

I had an email saying it had been dispatched but when I checked on Royal Mail tracking they hadn’t been sent it so the company lied. I have tried to email Moonrock to see what has been happening MULTIPLE times and still haven’t received anything back, like the other reviews.

Considering the kit I purchased was £34 you’d think they would have a bit more of customer care…

Took over a week to arrive despite shipping cost of £5. Received the wrong item and an item was missing - emailed and complained. They said they were sending the correct and missing items as priority, well it’s been a month and I haven’t received a thing.

Love these. They last for such a long time and no problems at all. Instructions were easy enough to follow.

So fast, affordable and just overall amazing!

My bottles were not labeled but I figured it out. I put one gem on and it's stayed on almost three weeks so far. It was really easy to do and I love it! I think the kit will last me a while if they stay on this long! I don't know how you would get them off sooner if you didn't want it on anymore, I am really happy with mine so not an issue for me though.

Delivery took a bit longer but nonetheless the tooth gems arrived in the predicted delivery time frame. It’s easy to apply and they still stick perfectly to my teeth. I wear them since ca. two weeks!!

I’ve also made an order 19th November, same as the other review I just read, I haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed and no response either. I should have read these review before even ordering because it’s so much money to loose if you have a big order. This hasn’t happened to me before so not sure what’s the next steps.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered from them on November 19th and they didn’t ship my order until December 4th—only AFTER I opened a dispute through PayPal! I doubt they would have shipped it at all if I had not contacted PayPal for a refund. Also, they ship from China despite being “UK based.” They delete negative reviews from their website as well. Absolute scam, do not order from them!
