My order was packaged thoughtfully and carefully, everything came as expected and very quickly!

Great quality products
Products were exactly as described, and of great quality. The funnel was missing from my tea funnel glass but the customer service was amazing, they managed to resolve it within an hour or two of me sending what I'd received and what was missing. The funnel part came about a week later! Very happy with my experience, I hope as the rare spot expands to see and purchase more great products 😊
