I have used moon rock gems before and I recently purchased another pack and I after one use the glue was not coming out and they only lasted 2 days. I followed the steps even double bonded. I’ve contacted and am waiting for reply. Just annoyed because the first time they were so good despite the glue only lasting a few applications.

Kit was missing applicator, bonding gel would not come out of the tube and even when cut open would not come out properly. Sadly no tooth gems could be put on.

LOVED them! I’ve had them on for a few days now and have had no worries about them coming off, I was initially skeptical about how good the adhesive is, but it’s incredible!

Cute and fun experience although the instructions on the box and instruction card are a bit different so it was a bit confusing, but I was able to figure it out. My only issue is that I was told I was going to receive the butterfly gem and received a star instead which doesn’t really resemble a star unless you’re really up close to my mouth but otherwise fairly solid!

Really love the tooth gems, takes a few times getting used to doing them for me atleast but always getting compliments for them!

Ich habe ein Paket bestellt und hätte dazu einen gratis rosa Schmetterling bekommen sollen. Nach 3-4 Monaten habe ich dann nach mehrfachen fragen endlich mein Paket bekommen. Tja leider war das aber nicht meine Bestellung. Nach erneuter Kontakt Aufnahme meinten sie, sie schicken mir ein neues Paket zu. Ich habe nun noch 2 mal geschrieben und bekomme keine Antwort mehr und bestimmt auch nicht mehr mein Paket... bestellt wurde am 4.12.25 und wir schreiben heute den 11.5.26.

I ordered a package and was supposed to receive a free pink butterfly along with it. After 3–4 months—and multiple inquiries—I finally received my package. Unfortunately, however, it turned out not to be my order. After contacting them again, they told me they would send me a new package. I have since written to them twice more but am no longer receiving any response... I placed the order on December 4, 2025, and today is May 11, 2026.

Very good products, would love to be able to buy the glue on its own. Not always in a kit.

Long delivery but parcel arrived in good condition. Easy to follow instructions.

Customer service is non existent. they responded to me once, I asked a follow up question and never heard from them again. I’ve been emailing asking for an update every day

Products arrived mislabeled (etching labelled as bonding agent and vise versa)

Gems didn't stick, followed instructions but sadly didn't work at all

Very cute but instructions aren’t that clear. I manage to put them on and they’re super strong but not as shiny as the photos.

Always comes really quickly and always with a few extra bits!
