Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. I have been waiting for a month for my card to be unblocked. I called and confirmed that the payment they flagged as suspicious was actually made by me, but my card is still restricted. They have not contacted me or resolved the issue. The chat in the app is also completely useless and does not help at all. I would not recommend this card to anyone. I am still waiting for my card to be unblocked after a whole month.

This was basically a scam
This was basically a scam. The travel insurance was advertised as Schengen compliant and covered 29 member states. However, when the policy was issued, it covered only Region 2 leaving out Spain and Malta. Throughout the purchase process i was not asked to choose between any regions whatsoever and was charged £9. Now i will not even get a refund since the amount was less than £25. Professional scamming! Refrain from purchasing this.

I DON'T WANT AUTOMATIC MINIMUM PAYMENT, OK?!
Every time I open the credit card app I get an annoying message about enabling "Automatic Minimum Payment". There is no way of permanently dismissing it. Now they have started emailing me about it! WHY?!! Why are you contacting me about this when you can see that I pay my card off in full, by direct debit, every month, and have done since I took opened my account. Does nobody at the company possess a brain?
Edit: in response to Asda's comment below, I do not understand why they think I should need (or want) to discuss this with them. It's very obvious what the issue is and why I am unhappy about it. What more information do they need?

I had a really positive experience with Ash
I had a really positive experience with Asda Money today, especially with Ash from the Collections team.
I had some queries and worries regarding my account, and Ash took the time to properly listen to me, explain the situation clearly, and help resolve the issue. He was extremely kind, patient and understanding throughout the conversation.
What I appreciated most was his willingness to actually understand my concerns and find a way to resolve them, rather than simply giving a standard response. He made a stressful situation much easier for me and gave me a clear understanding of what was happening with my account.
I’m genuinely grateful for the help and support I received from Ash today. He is a great example of someone who is customer-focused, understanding and solution-oriented.
