Applied for the credit card 14 days ago still hasn’t arrived tried ringing customer service but without card number that I don’t have got no where even tried selecting options 1-9 still didn’t work very frustrating.

Not a good experience with the Asda Travel Money Card
Not a good experience with the Asda Travel Money Card, Very Much a Rip Off, after 12 months without activity /Usage of the card the Monthly Charge is £2 which seems
Ridiculous / extortionate seeing as they have your unused balance to present for their investment opportunities and interest. Not recommended and as stated, a RIP OFF. Unable to be dealt with through the App to get it cancelled and the outstanding balance returned, so phoning them turned out to be the only option for that / for both with a separate phone call demanded for each card. Thank you for your response that is nothing more than what was expected, Yes we know it's in the T&C's, but @ £2 per month is still a RiP Off on this type of card, often for some / maybe many an overlooked infrequently used travel card. If this Is missed, even possibly in the case of IE, bereavement, you will help yourself to at least £24 in one year for nothing while having already use of their money for investment gains.

The inactivity fee is outlined in the card's terms and conditions and applies after 12 months of no card activity, such as topping up the card, making a transaction, or withdrawing funds. The fee is £2 per month and is only charged where there is a remaining balance on the card.
