I still have not received my medicine

More than a week since I paid, still no tracking info, hasn't been shipped, this is way longer than they usually take

FedEx delivery my order to a different address. The customer service and updates since this happened has been outstanding. The medication was replaced right away. I've never worked with a company that had such outstanding customer service. I can't comment on the medication yet.

Easy, timely and reasonably priced. I delayed for a month because I was out of town, the schedule resumed without a hitch.

Still haven’t gotten a delivery date or anything from the 25th

This company is ridiculous! I ordered my Tirzpatide and it was approved 5 days ago and no response, the phone number hang ups immediately and they are not responding to any of my Chat or Email requests!
UPDATE: Amazing after someone gives a bad review, they FINALLY get a response and here is their response. They said it can take up to 8 Business days for the pharmacy to complete the compound and get a Tracking number!!! So I messaged them back and said "So it takes your company 2 weeks just to give me a Tracking Number???" SMH

I was very leary about it being 100% online but I have zero complaints about it now. Communication with both physician and support have been seamless. They usually respond within a day and the shipping process is smooth as well. From the time the prescription is sent to the pharmacy as well as the carrier you are kept in the loop. I've been on the program for 3 months and down just over 25 lbs. I would highly recommend

Pharmacy shipping times are unreliable. Myself & sibling both ordered within days of each other. Myself order still has yet to move or process more than “sent to pharmacy” meanwhile her ordered her shipped and arrived. She ordered days after me! Same dose, same meds!

I still don’t have my order. Not shipped. No update.

Ordered a week ago and it still hasn't been sent out, I’ve contacted support multiple times to get an update it has remained the same. I was told pharmacy would contact me, I have heard nothing. Im not impressed.

Fast customer service, but everything else is a letdown; I’ve been waiting a week for my medication and still haven't received it. My next dose is due tomorrow and I still don't have it, so I won't be using this "Mondae" platform again.

So far the professionalism and affordability have been great. even though I thought the process would be faster. It’s still been a pleasant experience and convenient process.

Great company to use with absolutely no monthly fees. Support team is amazing getting back to you with any questions you may have. Highly recommend using them.

The company itself is fantastic. Super helpful and professional. However, when it comes to the pharmacy they use and the delivery service (UPS) that's when the wheels come off the bus. The pharmacy was sending me texts to come pick up my prescription, I'm in CA they are in Louisiana, I had to tell them to ship my prescription, then it took over a week to get a package from UPS, the ice packets were all melted, the prescription was bad, we had to start all over again, SAME exact thing again, now three weeks later, no prescription that's useable, a pharmacy telling me to come pick up my prescription, and UPS delaying the package again in KY. Why does anyone use UPS that's doing business? I will never understand. Mondae is great but their partners are a trainwreck.

So far its been a seamless experience, and Ive been happy with the support and doctors. I just received my shipment of 3 month of Triz since the name change to Mondae (started as ezra) (this is my second 3 month supply with them) and shipment was cold, well packaged and perfect. I have been pleased with the quick attention to questions and the support and price. Happy to be with Mondae! Orders, delivery and customer service have all been very professional. I have referred friends who feel the same way. Thanks Mondae for your attention to care !

How it should be done. Under promise; over deliver! They told me 2 to 3 three weeks to get my meds. I was like okay, for the price I'll wait one month! Just got the email that my meds will be delivered Friday Oct 2. Started the process on Sept 24. So that's half the time I was originally told. I used another provider and it took twice as long as they promised. So far so good 😊. If they keep prices low; I'll be a client for a long time.

I have not received my medication. I paid and placed my order 9/23/26. I was under the impression shipment was within 2 days. I reached out via chat assistance and was advised shipment can take up to 9 business days. I am not happy with the misinformation.

Easy, but the product showed up on time which is great.
