There was a mistake on the type of driver sent to get my rv. Just be sure you clarify all details of your rv with your driver before the pick-up. Once the issue was discovered, it was fixed promtly. Still a pain and it did take a few extra days.
I had a very frustrating experience…
I had a very frustrating experience with Monarch Transport. I was told they would have a carrier booked within 5 days. After those 5 days passed with no update, I had to call twice to get information.
The first call resulted in no follow-up. After my second call I was told that a carrier was “available,” but only at double the price of the original quote.
If the original quote isn’t realistic, that should be communicated upfront. Waiting past the promised timeline, requiring multiple follow-ups, and then presenting a price that’s twice as high feels misleading and unprofessional.
I would not recommend Monarch Transport based on this experience.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Monarch outsourced the job to EOY Transportation. to transport my vintage motorcycle from Kansas to Georgia. Upon it arrive we noticed paint damage and promptly reported it. To this date, more than 6 months later no one from Monarch or EOY has even responded to the claim or our multiple emails and phone calls. These companies take before and after pictures and the evidence is clear as day. Looking like this will be going to small claims to collect monies needed to make my motorcycle whole again.
Monarch got us someone, but they were TERRIBLE!
Monarch got us someone, which was great, considering it was on short notice. After that, however, it was Awful! The driver called 10 minutes BEFORE he was set to pick-up. Called to say he was "stuck in traffic" out of San Fransico. He was to be there by 11 am as we were set to leave on a cross-country trip to NC where we were moving to. In order to get to Reno, NV, he would have had to be on the road early. Depending on where in San Fran he was coming from, at least 4.5 hrs to get to Reno. After doing some research, checking cams from San Fran to Reno, NO TRAFFIC! wide open. ***LIED*** We had to vacate our apartment and had nowhere to go and had to spend additional money on a hotel AND we lost a day of travel time. Not good the day after Thanksgiving! The driver knew nothing about motorcycles. Once loading, it should have been put into transport mode; NOT DONE and subsequently, a dead battery once it made it to NC! Due to the dead battery and a steep driveway, he finally left it on the grass next to our driveway instead of in the garage as promised. Because of the dead battery, I now had to buy a battery charger, more $$$ out the window. Had to take it to a Harley dealer to fix whatever was wrong with it... it should have been fine as it is a brand new bike! Needless to say, If Monarch offers you Prime Hauling/Dragon Haul, Inc., DO NOT ACCEPT THIS DRIVER!!! Did I mention, he barely spoke English? So, after this experience, I had to wonder if he was one of those truck drivers on the road today who are licensed but don't speak/read/or write English. It's truly a miracle the bike made it here at all!
Not what I expected
When I first contacted the company I was pleasantly surprised.
However, they did not deliver the bike for the price we agreed on($150 more).
I was told the bike would be delivered on a Tuesday, bike never came to that Saturday, I tried to contact the company and the driver with no luck.
Then 15 minutes before I took delivery they called, good thing I was home.
They also wanted me to meet them at a gas station 15 minutes from my house, ride it home with ice and snow on the ground in 20 degree weather. Pretty sure the bike was also shipped on an open trailer, looked like it was on ground zero on 9/11 . Unrecognizable with the dust and dirt.Seller sent a pick when they picked it up it was spotless. the
Make up your own mind, I will never use them again.
You pay for a headache
Well what I can say… it worked, my car made it. I got quoted for same day delivery for $465. Then Monarch called me and said “it will be$50 for a trusted transport”. They picked my car up Wednesday then changed the date to Friday for delivery after pick up. Well the car never show Friday, nor sat nor Sunday. I called 5 times and no one from monarch knew were my car was or when it was going to get delivered. I put an AirTag in my car ad saw it just sitting in a drive way for 4 days 8 miles away from my house. Monday finally arrived and monarch said “no later than 3pm” I sat at the dealership from 2pm until 9:30pm when the car finally showed up. These guys clearly have no idea what’s going on nor are they forthcoming with information. I asked for a refund for the $50 and they said they would call me back and obviously ghosted. The only saving Grace is my car actually did show up. Literally find anyone else. If this is your last shot then take it, but it will be a weeks worth of headaches.
Find another car mover!!
Once the driver pick up the car Monarch was no help getting the car to me or even getting the driver to reply to texts or calls. The car actually sat somewhere for over a week, unknown to Monarch and all I really got was lip service. I even resorted to reporting the car stolen as that’s the way it looked. Like I said Monarch was really zero help and I’d tell all to stay away

They are nothing but liars and thieves. Went to transport a vehicle and had to end up moving date to 2 weeks later because financing did not process with dealer like it was supposed to. I called to move and they said ok. They would give me a call or call them when the car will be transported. They then charged me a $154.22 charge for canceling. They said "they would credit it when I transported and not to worry". So I call set up the date with some one with a very heavy accent. He says the date is good and will look for driver. The next week rolls around one day left in my 3 day pick up window. I call and ask when they will pick up. The same guy with accent proceeds to lie and say I never called. Funny, I have phone records and everything that proves him a liar. They then proceeded to get very defensive and funny about the whole pickup and act like I canceled everything. Stay away from this company. I will post this every where I can.
I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company. Their service involved bait-and-switch pricing, poor communication, and zero accountability. They missed the scheduled pickup and later tried to assign a new driver for an additional $350. Management also promised a follow-up call that never happened.
Be cautious before trusting them with your money or your vehicle. They delete or hide negative reviews on Facebook and Instagram. Yelp and Google show more accurate feedback — and it appears they’re using brand-new, fake accounts to boost their rating. Overall, it’s a shady operation with bad business practices and no ethics.

Grasso Trucking LLC and Monarch Transport Co made the transportation of my SXS experience incredibly smooth. The owner of Grasso kept me informed about my delivery status, and Monarch worked with me to schedule pickup despite repeated delays from the dealership. I will definitely use both companies again in the future.
Awful in every way
Awful in every way. Deceptive sales tactics and you will NOT get your item transported on the agreed upon date. They’re merely a middleman for actual transport companies. Once they get their $200 cut, you can’t and won’t get any useful information from them. TERRIBLE customer service! Please, your yourself a favor and do business elsewhere.

Reasonable price, delivery was sooner than anticipated and the driver was very friendly. My motorcycle was securely stored in a covered trailer.

Had a last minute problem with moving my RV. Monarch jumped and saved me! The dispatch was perfect. The assigned driver was really helpful, professional, and friendly.
Extremely predatory scam operation
Absolutely one of the most predatory companies you will ever deal with. I needed a car transported in a hurry. They promises to find a driver in 3 days, and their website says they don't charge your card until they find a driver. They have you sign a 15 page contract that only a lawyer could decipher, and send you a corrupt pdf copy that won't open. Iask if I could cancel after 3 days, without charges. Instead of replying, Jennifer cancelled the contract and charged my card $154. I called and a different agent said if I leave the posting active for 5 days there is no card charge. I said "let's do that". It made no difference. The charge remained. They can't fill the haul order with the low haul amount posted, and upcharge you after a number of weeks as your desperation grows. After speaking with the 2nd agent, all communications ended. They ignored all contact attempts. Posting on the haul board is free, or almost free and takes only a minute or two. Their business model is almost entirely based on cancelling on fools who e-sign their crazy 15 page agreement and charging this $154 cancellation fee, despite them saying they don't charge until a driver is found. Just mentioning the word CANCEL in a sentence triggers this crazy $154 charge and unresponsiveness. I didn't receive a refund. Florida regulators should revoke their Fort Myers business license and file fraud charges against them.
