Ian visited me at home and demonstrated 2 models of mobility scooter. He was professional and informative.
We even went and tried them in and out my car.
I bought there and then.

An extraordinary company. All the staff are knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They have a scooter that is the lightest on the market, which has transformed my life. I now have two of them, and one permanently in my car for when I travel.

The staff who deliver the scooters are brilliant. Patient, kind, and meticulous in everything they do. Thank you, Ian England and Andrew from sales.

I wish I had come across Monarch Mobility earlier, but I'm glad that I have been able to buy good products at a fair price.

Just purchased a supa carbon lite mobility scooter. Ian the sales person turned up conveniently for me a day early as he was in my area to demonstrate the two scooters he had bought on his van. I decided on the supa carbon lite which only weighed 13kgs as I was looking for one that I myself could lift into my car and not have to rely on someone else to help me, so being totally independent.
I decided there and then after sitting on it and having a test run, to purchase one. I thought I would have to wait a few weeks after ordering one but no he said he had a brand new one on his van and would set it all up ready to go, very impressive. So far all good and zipping around the shops on it. Definitely give it top ratings 5/5

Super service and I really like my new mobility scooter. It wasn’t cheap but it was worth saving the money.
The sales person Mr English was telling me about the company and how they design new scooters to fit today requirements. He came to my home to show me two other scooters but I found them to be a bit heavy so I mentioned that I would like to see the newer version of those scooters and he had it in his van.
I tried it for a bit and I practised folding the scooter.
My scooter is very light, super easy to fold manually. When you ride it it’s very smooth and comfortable.
I would recommend it to everyone.

Visited at home by Glenn. Had all the scooters I had asked to look at, all available on his van.

Had a lot of patience, letting me try each scooter, tried in and out if car boot and allowed me time to consider which scooter best met my needs. There was absolutely no hint of a pressurised sale, was always relaxed about waiting for us to discuss the scooters.

After agreeing the sale, Glenn took time to explain things to us and went through a fairly detailed assessment of the suitability of the scooter I had chosen.

Would definitely recommend Monarch Mobility - for a great relaxed sale process.

Martin , firstly advised me on the mobility scooter in which I was interested, and showed me how it worked. I also phoned him with a couple of queries, which he patiently answered. Then he revisited with my new scooter, and went through everything I needed to know again.The patience of a saint best describes him!

Ian English (sales Guru) was fabulous. He was very patient and kind. He provided a great service and was very trustworthy and willing to price match the deal. My Mum said 10/10 - Excellent!! 👌

Matt in sales was extremely helpful, enthusiastic about the product and informative. I was really impressed with Glenn, who came to deliver my new power chair. He had a great knowledge and understanding about the product. I love my new chair a super power chair. Glenn was very instructive when I had a trial on the chair. Overall I have been extremely impressed with monarch mobility and I know that my chair will improve my quality of life,and make me more independent.

Phil is a credit to you, he explained absolutely everything about the
ezi - fold wheelchair, and because i have memory problems, he even repeated the things I didn't remember. I cannot thank Phil enough and Monach Mobility.

Very prompt service. Phoned Monday had someone in area Wednesday. Glen was very helpful and took time to explain everything.

Monarch Customer Services - The screw that keeps the paddle stick in place on the AIR model came loose and is lost. I contacted customer services back in the summer and was told Monarch would get back to me with an update, but as the young lady didn’t take any details - phone number or even my name, how was she going to contact me!
Mid August I contacted Monarch again and was asked by them to email photos inc details…I thought at last getting somewhere. Mid Sept I emailed again asking for an up date and I’ve not heard a thing…I am disappointed Monarch hasn’t made contact and as the scooter cost over £2000 I would have expected a better service from them.

All good, Glen very helpful and informative and Danny was very good.

Hi I have just go a new wheelchair from monarch and it is ideal for me, it is the EZI fold Auto ,just tried it out and about me home and on the pavement it is great,
Now I have got how the controls are sensitive,
My wife and I will be going out more ,
My wife has been trying the Auto fold , this makes it better for her to get it into our car, with my help the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Incredibly friendly service. I am a returning customer. My delivery driver/engineer Glen was so informative and knowledgeable about the product and the information he gave me regarding my first time on the motability scheme.
