Glen was lovely and friendly and answered all my questions. I have had mobilty scooters before but this time I wanted one which did not come in parts but light enough to get into the boot easily. I bought the automatic version as I have RA which means it is so easy to operate. I purchased a spare battery for longer journeys too. Very impressed with Glen as he set it up, full demostration outside, and information on safety when driving. Whole experience has been great and looking forward to my new scooter and freedom!

Absolutely brilliant service . Don't push you into going into contract with expensive chair . Very friendly and polite would highly recommend.

I purchased my mobility scooter a year ago and got a letter to remind me the annual service was due. Monarch responded promptly and came to my home to do the service. Everything worked very well and my scooter was serviced just outside my home. I'm a happy customer, I'm very grateful for Monarch's help to keep my mobility scooter in good working order. Thank you!

I had a home demo with Phil who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Tried out several scooters and bought a Genie Autofold which seemed to suit my needs more than the one I had seen on line. The at home service is great; try before you buy.

Clear communication regarding a change to my order, which was resolved to my great satisfaction. My mobility scooter arrived on time as expected and in great condition.

I have always gone to a well known major nationwide mobility shop for scooters and wheelchairs but after a poor experience in purchasing a new scooter I stumbled across Monarch mobility and their incredible customer service and simply online purchasing experience

We were very impressed by Monarch Mobility.Martin showed us all the light weight mobility scooters and listened to my feed back on each one.I chose the Genie Ultra light because it is comfortable to ride and light enough to swivel round in a tight space.My husband can easily lift it into our car boot and we could take it abroad by ferry,train or plane.You can lift it up and roll it along like a suitcase. Martin built the new one for us and disposed of all the packaging as well as disposing of my old heavy scooter.I am very happy with the service provided.

A bit disappointed that I had to chase delivery up. It was supposed to be today but is now tomorrow. A pity nobody told me this while we have sat in all day waiting.

I made an enquiry and they phoned as soon as they next opened. They answered my questions. I then ordered the item (hoist), which was dispatched and arrived the next day. I received another phone call to check the delivery address. Delivery was excellent too. Also reply to email enquiries quickly too, even when they are slightly random ramblings!

Just need more promoting. Only found them by accident.

Glen has been amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and he took out quite a few mobility scooters from his Mary Poppins van! After trying them all, we eventually made our choice.

We had a very knowledgeable man called Martin who came to us to demonstrate the genie autofold.
We bought it straight away .
Tried it out for the first time this easter weekend and heard a knocking noise. Rang the company today at 9am.Martin arrived at 2pm.
Wow that was quick service.
All sorted. Something on the drive shift needed greasing.
Absolute brilliant company.

They are really helpful and demonstrate and talk you through the working of your chosen scooter. They don’t rush you and can answer any question. Having bought a Genie Ultralight my daughter and I went on a train trip from Kent to the Bernina Express in Switzerland and then spent 3 nights at Lake Como. We were away 8 days/7 nights and the whole trip was by train. I am 80 and not very mobile but my daughter (51) managed to transport our luggage followed by the scooter as well as help me on & off the trains. Brilliant. I could not have done the trip without someone fitter & younger than me but at 14 kilos the lightweight scooter made this all possible. Excellent purchase and has opened up the possibilities for the future. Thanks Monarch!

The gentleman I dealt with was respectful, helpful and my experience was positive as he offered to check availability of item and call me back when he had checkef, which he did and offered me the option to purchase the item and got it shipped immediately and I received it the next day. Would definitely recommend this company.

We had a wonderful experience today with Phil who came to my house to demonstrate various mobility scooters to my father. My father had been quite specific about what he wanted, but after demonstrating the model my Dad said he wanted, Phil identified ways to make life easier for my father when he is travelling alone. Phil demonstrated a different model which met my Dads needs entirely, not only for now but also for the future. Once we had agreed the model Phil took his time demonstrating and explaining in ways my Dad will remember. No hard sell, no feeling uncomfortable, just a straightforward genuine guy doing a great job.
