Seriously poor company would not recommend
Sabre arrived with wrong size screws to attach the blade to the hilt -surely standard practice to check before sending out!!
Ordered 2x stands at same time only one arrived with order
Emailed to get a resolution on both to be told been sent somewhere else and would send out replacement and missing stand.
When did eventually turn up the stand is nothing like what i paid for and what they advertise on there web site
Looks more like someone has cut it out of a clear piece of plastic in there garage.
Multiple emails of complaint and asking for what you advertise and what i paid for but no responses
Still waiting for a response!!!

I’m very disappointed with this store. I ordered a Xenopixel lightsaber, but received the RGB version instead. I waited a long time for my order, and they refuse to communicate with me or resolve the issue. I do not recommend this website.

Do not purchase from this company

I made an order for a replica witcher sword over two months ago on June 20th and made multiple inquiries and sent messages on when it would arrive after the expected arrival date passed with receipts attached

I received no response about my order, have not received any response either about my order, or about my refund request

This site is a scam and you are not likely to receive a response regarding your order

I very sceptical at first ordering from a company I hadn't heard of, however they they fully delivered. They have really high quality items at great prices. They keep you updated with emails throughout so you exactly where you are in the delivery process. Will definitely be buying more hilts.

I recently made a review of one star in too much haste. After receiving an friendly email & an apology for the lateness, which was out of there control. My order was delivered promptly with apologies. I would highly recommend this company. It is worth the wait!

I should have read more reviews on trust pilot. Weeks after my order no Saber just an apology, an offer of a free upgraded saber that would arrive on time today (not sooner whatever that means) and a promise of a refund. Guess what, no free saber has arrived, no tracking info, no refund yet either. This seriously feels like a scammer. Go somewhere else. Thier response will be riddled with more excuses.

So, the saber I was received was of high quality, the hilt was brilliantly balanced and crafted to perfection. However, I received a baselit saber instead of the Neopixel I ordered, due to a mixup with another person sharing my name that ordered the same lightsaber, therefore I have to put 3 stars.

However, the customer service has been quick, helpful and friendly, and I hope the Neopixel can find its way to me 🙏

high quality Lightsabers that work really well.

Website very easy to use and navigate. Very happy to have got my first lightsaber from here as the product is amazing, everything I hoped it would be! Was fortunate to catch May the 4th 20% off sale too so very happy with the price I paid. Would recommend as a place to get your first saber as they have great variety as well. Delivery took a while, however I was informed this was likely, as a result of the influx of orders they received from the May the 4th sale. Overall, very satisfied.

Excellent service and excellent product. Replica Sabers were friendly and efficient, quickly dealing with our query. They provided a lovely personalised certificate when we realised our order would not arrive for our son’s birthday (not RS’ fault). In the background, the lovely Sophie at RS managed to hurry our order along and it did actually arrive on my son’s birthday in the end - which was amazing and really made his day. Thank you

However, in the interim they have made great efforts to rectify this situation of which I'm very pleased about.

The lightsabers themselves look excellent and the machining on the hilts is excellent.

Absolutely amazing saber from Replica Sabers, these are very good quality so expect a build shipping date of 3 to 4 weeks. My Mandalorian Dark Saber arrived just after 3 weeks and I had delivery update from Sophie via the WhatsApps number the week before. Tracking number provided and arrived safely and well packaged. The saber comes in its own sturdy carrying case. The hilt is metal crafted and very heavy with amazing detail. I paid extra for the Bluetooth version saber and I wasn’t disappointed as it looks and sounds amazing. Highly recommended and I’d certainly purchase from them again.

Light Saber arrived today. Build quality is exceptional. Came with a lockable carry case. Well pleased with customer service as well. They responded to my email about the status of the order quickly and provided the info I needed.
