I wanted to return trainers I bought from this company so I emailed them as advised on their website. They initially responded asking for info and pictures which I provided, but I heard no more! I’ve sent a further 2 emails which I’ve received no response to. I’ve had to now take it up with my bank to try and claim a refund. Do not buy from this company! Poor customer service and clearly selling counterfeit goods

I paid £70 for some crappy fake shoes

Shoes are fake knock offs! Tried for 3 weeks to contact them via details on the website to return for a refund. Emails say ‘no delivery’. Called the number and it is an answer machine. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

Ordered gazelle trainers when they arrived I could see they were fake I've tried to organise a return but they're email address doesn't work so my advice would be don't buy from this company expensive fakes

Goods not as described totally fake .. no reply to emails sent ..do not purchase as I’m not sure the email address exists the country code for the phone number does not exist either - AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Wish I had read the reviews before buying. I haven’t even received my order, paid extra for 2-4 days delivery. Been 10 days now and still no sign of them. Tried contacting them but no reply. DO NOT buy from them. I will be contacting by bank for a full refund.

I bought 2 pairs of Adidas at this shop. When I tried to return one there was no answer. I took the shoes to an Adidas store and they are fakes. It is a scam. Run!

This company is selling fraudulent fake shoes, do not buy. The QR code on the shoes in the box (clearly cheap plastic rubbish) link to a Chinese bulk buy website! Should be reported to adidas.
