I must have just got lucky. I got mine very promptly and they look great and I have verified that the serial numbers are different on the left and right shoe, the stitching is perfect and all in all a really great quality sneaker. I’ve been saving them for a spring trip to Paris and am very happy that they will look great- let’s hope they are as comfortable as they look!

Counterfeit shoes, I ordered adidas liberty gazelle. They came, shipped from china. They were plastic and a terrible imitation. Website now appears to be closed down.

Did a chargeback through my credit card, they have had the audacity to challenge it. So will see how that goes.

Since bought a pair direct from liberty london, suede finish with leather tongue as you’d expect from a Gazelle product. Wish I’d checked here before ordering - rookie mistake!

Counterfeit gazelles, terrible quality, terrible stitching and awful printing. Unable to return as they don’t respond to emails or social media. A very costly mistake.

Didn’t ever receive my order and judging from the other reviews I’m pretty pleased I didn’t. AVOID

DO NOT ORDER!!! Trainers received after 3 weeks were fake, and not even a good fake and they're not even cheap!!! Company doesn't reply at all to emails. So mad at myself for not checking trustpilot first.

Ordered trainers that when they came were too small, clearly fake and then no response to request for refund.

Would rate this company no stars if i could. Bought some liberty adidas trainers. Took a while to come. Compared them to my genuine adidas gazelles and could tell immediately they were fake. Emailed the company several times asking to send them back for a refund but have had zero response. I am now in contact with my bank to try and get my money back. Stay away from this company which is what I would have done if i had read the reviews on here first!

I stupidly ordered trainers from this company - they took 2 weeks to arrive and don’t fit and they now will not respond to my refund request - i would not use them.

Kept seeing these trainers on Instagram, the website looked genuine and the prices were on par with other styles in the adidas x liberty range and at the time I couldn't find any reviews (on reflection that should have been a warning). Delivery took a long time and when the shoes arrived from the labelling and packaging I thought they were likely to be fake. I decided to keep them as they look alright and I'd already sized up so they fit me - but I was disappointed and do NOT recommend this site.

Worst company around. After a very long delivery time with next to no tracking available finally got my shoes.
They arrive in a bashed up box and don’t fit. They are not the same size as a normal pair of adidas gazelles.
I’ve emailed them 17 times for a refund and they refuse to reply at all.
SCAM SHOP! Do not buy from them!

Adidas can provide confirmation of counterfeits, check their website. It's very hard to get an email address from them to actually supply this info but try online Chat or WhatsApp
With this, a bank will hopefully provide compensation.

Same experience as every other customer. Terrible counterfeit trainers. Have contacted numerous times to request a returns label, as per the website instructions and received no such thing. Please don’t fall for this scam, like I did!

Zero stars - emails sent to the address listed repeatedly on the website bounce back from the server, meaning its impossible to get a refund. I would not recommend using this site.

They sell fake products and you can’t return them. I emailed two times no response.

Adidas trainers took weeks to arrive. When they arrived, they are fake! AVOID!

Received trainers which are clearly fake. Emailed them to return as per website instructions but no response. No response from them on social media or via the Shop app

Wish I could give this company no stars.I’ve emailed Modkicks numerous times to find out if I’m getting my trainers or if they are going give me a refund , but I guess that would be a no . Please DON’T order from this company !
