Vier shirts besteld, maar geen bevestigingsmail ontvangen. Daarna zelf contact opgenomen via e-mail, daar kwam geen reactie op. Vervolgens via Instagram een bericht gestuurd, daar kreeg ik wel een reactie met een track and trace.

Een week later wilde ik de zending checken. Toen zag ik dat ik ineens geblokkeerd was op Instagram en dat alle berichten verwijderd waren. Oplichters!!

Kwaliteit is goed, levering wel 2 weken maarja zoveel maakt het niet uit.

Maten klopte en vriendelijke communicatie, overal heel erg tevreden.

Sizes are smaller than normal. Returns are a disaster and I should have gotten a free gift but got nothing…

They have reacted to my review but not to my mail to there info line. So they only want to safe there self from bad reviews but won’t do anything about it!

Top voetbalshirt. Zit lekker, ademende stof en blijft mooi na het wassen. Ziet er ook nog eens strak uit. Zeker een aanrader!

The Benfica and AC Milan shirts arrived way quicker than I thought they would which already gave me a good feeling about it No long waiting and other shit

When I opened the package the first thing I noticed was the quality The material feels really nice , and the stitching looks clean The badges and details are sharp and well done nothing looks off or poorly printed

Fit is also solid sits comfortably and feels good to wear whether you’re playing or just chilling

Overall I’m actually really happy with them. Fast delivery, great quality, and they look exactly how you’d want them to. Definitely worth it in my opinion

Have been sending emails in relation to an order of 4 jerseys and a jacket. 3 jerseys arrived in great condition, however 1 arrived with no sponsor and the jacket never arrived. Retrokickzz “discussed” with their team and concluded that a replacement was sent because the original was out of stock. They ignored my request on information about the jacket while not offering a refund or just simply sending the items I paid for. Stay away from this scam.

Jag fick fel tröja. Efter flera mail säger dom att den jag beställde var slut och att jag fick en ersättningströja. Nu tycker dom att ärendet är stängt och att dom varken betalar tillbaka pengarna eller skickar en annan tröja 🤯🤬🤯

Ik shop nu een paar maanden bij ze en het ging elke keer goed. Heel tevreden.

I ordered a month ago and it finally arrived. I ordered a 2xl size but the shirt it's too tight (like an L-M size) and it even has an error in the badge.
Bad quality

I ordered 4 shirts begin of July. After 3 weeks I get the notification that DHL delivered my package. That was not the case. Since then it has been a horrible fight with terrible contact with the company to find this package. No urge to help me whatsoever. I have yet to receive the package, or a refund.

Dont get me wrong, the initial problem probably lies with DHL, but the fact that they dont respond to contact forms, e-mails etc. is such a bad case of service. Only through insta DM’s I get a reply on my messages, usually days after, with only the comment that they are working on it and that I have to be patient, asking me the same questions over and over. 2 months have gone by now. Horrible experience, I’m afraid I won’t see my money back.

My friend told me about this shop. So I ordered a 3+1 pack, meanwhile the website got down. I reached out to the support and they kindly replied, I even got my jerseys a lot before the estimated arrival. I recommend them.

J’ai commandé 4 maillots même si je me méfiais. Après 1 semaine je ne pouvais plus suivre ma commande (je pensais ne jamais les recevoir), j’ai donc envoyé un message sur Instagram et ils m’ont répondu le soir même et m’ont retransmis sur un autre site pour suivre ma commande. La livraison s’est faite en deux semaine et tout était là ( maillot comme flocage). Les maillots me taille bien mais je ne sais pas encore si les flocages tiennent. Alors coup de chance ou entreprise fiable? Je ne sais pas mais une seul chose à dire. MERCI
Les maillots ne sont pas chers je voudrais recommander le site à mes amis mais ils ne meritent pas de découvrir un site comme celui ci. Le rapport qualité/ prix a l’air plus que correct. J’en rachèterai sans hésitation surtout que le choix est présent :)
