My item got lost by UPS for a month so…
My item got lost by UPS for a month so I was refunded for my purchase. Then, item arrived at my door not in perfect shape. Modecraze then started hounding me for payment of the item. I was given 10% off but do not feel it measured up to the errors made and condition box was left at my door. This item was signature required and was just left at my door. Not happy with how this was handled nor how I was treated by Modecraze!

An email containing tracking information was sent to you on June 12th when your order was shipped. If you haven't received the email, we kindly request you to check your Spam/Promotions folders as it may have been filtered there.
Based on our records, FedEx attempted delivery on June 16th. Unfortunately, no one was available to sign for the package at that time. Therefore, FedEx will be making another delivery attempt to ensure successful delivery.

I’m really happy with the service I experienced. I originally wanted to buy this bag on vestaire but when I realised I would save more money buying from them direct I did just that! I had the bag sent to my sister in San Francisco then someone brought it over to the UK for me. Very happy with my purchase!

Authentic and Excellent Customer Service
This was my first time purchasing a designer bag not directly from the designer’s online website and I must say my whole experience was excellent. Customer service was responsive and they even adjusted the purchase price because I received my discount code after I purchased my bag. The bag itself was beautiful, carefully packaged and 100% authentic (had it authenticated also since this is my first transaction with the company). I will definitely be buying from this company again. Reasonable price, amazing quality, authentic and excellent customer service!!!

All their colors on website are not…
All their colors on website are not representative of actual products. Lost $50 already exchanging 1st for different color I shop on 20+ websites never had this color changes happen. Would not recommend. Reply…not true again your professionalism just shows lack of integrity in selling. I purchase numerous items online daily and pic of your purses is not I repeat not the same color you receive it’s deceptive and I am keeping the item anyway due to $50 loss on first bag and now this bag once again not same as pic online. I wanted a light nude/ beige bag simple these are both purple dark taupe not beige. Never had an issue like this. Misrepresentation period. $500 doesn’t make or break me I just have to look and buy another one from a trusted website. Buyer beware. Never had this happen let alone twice. Not to mention inappropriate attitude from site. Color screen brightness just excuses to sell an item not true or correct. Again buyer beware. There are tons of websites that this does not happen you can purchase from.

Thank you for leaving us another 1-star review! We understand that you are upset about your recent purchase and that you may feel dissatisfied with the product.
However, we want to clarify that you not only saw the product you purchased in the photos on several platforms, but you also saw a video of the actual product. Therefore, it is clear that the color was not an issue. It appears that you tried to use the color as an excuse to demand a full refund instead of a site credit. Since we did not agree to your request, you left us negative reviews.
Please note that we have never had any issues with the colors of our products in the photos. However, depending on the device or screen brightness, products may appear slightly darker or lighter.
The second item that you purchased was a Valentino Rockstud Wristlet in a color Poudre. The color was clearly stated in the product description. This is a classic Valentino color - dark neutral nude. We sold dozens of these wristlets and no one had any issues with the color. We understand that you "wanted a light nude/ beige bag", but nowhere in the photos on our website this wristlet looks light nude/beige.
Regarding the attitude - you left us a 1-star review when you assumed that we didn't reply to your demanding email within less than 24 hours.
You also stated that "All their colors on website are not representative of actual products." Have you seen all of our products?!
