Wish I'd read these reviews before buying. Huge Regrets.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced, not to mention the bra basically fell apart after the first wear. If there was like ANY way to return it that maybe wouldn't be such an issue but like others have said you basically have to sell your first born just to be considered for a return or exchange. Plus, the bra was incredibly uncomfortable (probably because it's poorly made) and doesn't hold up for larger breasts like the ads make it seem.

Avoid!

Ordered bras in the size suggested by the size guide and they are too small. Requested a return/exchange for next size up and had to pay for this myself. Then had to chase for two weeks to have the correct size sent. It arrived today and it is the same size I returned. Fully fed up of being messed around for a month. Avoid them

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. Will not provide details of a head office and expect you to pay international shipping of £10 so will not refund you! Plus expect you to send to yourself back to a warehouse in Sheffield. If anyone has any details of the clowns it needs to go to trading standards as they blatantly ignore UK trading law

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service - claim you cannot have a refund if you don’t like it, will only offer exchange for a bigger size despite advertising a 30 day money back guarantee if you don’t love the product. Material is awful, sizing off. Videos very misleading (which I notice have now been removed from socials!)
Feels like they were £3.50 off SHEIN. These are not cheap bras to buy, they’re honestly awful.

You really have to argue with customer service, they do not care at all.
Please avoid at all costs!

Terrible Bras and Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service for a terrible product. I ordered these bras after seeing the ads. I went to their site and read the size guide. I ordered the size that should fit---not even close. Their return policy is terrible. They won't refund my money, even if I were willing to PAY to send them back, because they don't fit right. Especially for something like a bra, this is so unacceptable. All they offered was to exchange (which I also had to pay for) for a larger size, up to 3X, which isn't even offered on their website, and I ordered the 2X, which I couldn't even get ON it was so small, so I'm not bothering. First time customer and this is how they treat me. But for girls out there with large breasts (I'm 44G/H) these are absurd. Please do not waste your time or money on this awful company or their terrible product.

In response to their reply, I was already at the largest size they offer. Yet they repeatedly offered me an exchange (which *I* would have had to pay for) for a larger size. But there was no larger size, so they should have given a refund for the product. They would not. They don't give refunds AT ALL if the issue is size. That is an incredibly stupid policy for anyone who sells clothing items, but especially for someone who sells bras.

They also say, in their reply: "Our return policy is in place to help us manage exchanges and refunds effectively." Not "we have a return policy with our customers in mind" it's all about them. And that should be enough. This is not a company I would spend my money at, even if they had the best product that actually fit large breasted women, because of their extremely poor customer service.

The most comfortable bra!

I purchased two of the wireless comfort bras in December 24 and love them. If you’re looking for a comfortable bra with medium support this is the one for you, you really could sleep it in, it’s that comfortable! If you are a UK size 32E/34D I would recommend a size medium. I messed up when I made a further order & ordered the wrong size. Emma in Customer Service was excellent and shipped my correct size straight away. I will definitely purchase from Modaracare again.

The biggest scam out there with…

The biggest scam out there with misleading ads that aren't the actual product. Don't buy from this shady brand. Support is a joke with a copy and pasted generic response that strings you along with no help or chance for a refund.

Rather disappointing.

Turned out to be a delivery from China so the order took a good 3 weeks to arrive and really all I can say is the bras are okay but not as good quality or fit as the advertising leads you to believe. I haven’t returned them but I am glad I got a discount with my first order. Disappointing given the video presentation on Facebook so wouldn’t go back to this company.

Buyer Beware

The bras are not at all as advertised. Sizing is way off and the process to get a refund is ridiculous and clearly crafted to just make you give up trying. Total waste of money.

I was sucked in by the very slick…

I was sucked in by the very slick advertising on instagram. The bras are terrible, nothing like advertised. I had to jump through hoops to get a refund, at first I was only offered an exchange so had to threaten the consumer credit act. The package comes from China to a distribution address in the UK where it is forwarded from, I believe there are several different ‘companies’ using the same address. I have got the refund, but definitely beware.
