Excellent communication throughout, experienced staff who were able to answer all of my questions, nothing was too much trouble. The hoist is usually fitted to a particular side of the car, but in order to accommodate our dog they agreed to do a bespoke fitting. Car was picked up and dropped back exactly when they said it would, and the work was very neat. Received a phone call a few days later asking if everything was ok and did we have any questions on how to use ( we had previously had a demonstration). I would definitely recommend this company, you may be able to get somewhere a bit cheaper but I doubt you would get better service.

The technician who fitted the hoist was first class. He even worked in some drizzle to get the job done

Excellent customer service from Autochair. Apt booked. Engineer arrived on time with correct part. Hoist fully operational again within 5 mins. I have now ordered and had installed a second Autochair wheelchair hoist to my new vehicle. Highly delighted with product and service support.

A rather large hiccup the first time, as they sent the new hoist, tried to fit it but it did not work with my scooter. I had to wait nearly another 2 weeks for them to send down what parts would work and the fitter was then able to finnish the install. Now fully working.

The team was great they went through the the process and I selected the best aid for my needs. The next step was fitting. The fitting team was on time polite and fitted it about 2 hours.

I am very pleased with all aspects of the hoist installation service provided by Mobility in Motion (MiM). The demonstration, opportunity to try a hoist, and the answers to questions raised helped inform the decision to purchase a hoist. Although there was a hick in the first installation visit, where the bag of nuts and bolts weren't included in the kit, all was sorted in a follow-up visit. Hoist and scooter brackets duly installed, and demonstrated. All appeared well. However, after a few weeks a problem with the brackets fitted to my scooter started giving problems (became loose). After some dialogue modified brackets were fabricated and installed. These, so far, are an improvement. To be fair, the scooter is not a fairly common item. Overall though, the installation process, together with the office communications and support have been very good. Including the improvements to the brackets, which shows MiM's commitment to product and service support improvement. I would recommend the use of MiM, and would use them again myself.

These people are great. I wanted a hoist for my mobility scooter fitted in my car. Someone came out to my home and showed me all the different types of hoists I could have and how they worked. Explained everything clearly. No pressure sale. From decision to fitting was really fast and everything was done professionally and guaranteed. Fitted perfectly into my car, without any major changes. They ensured I was able to use the hoist safely and then called a few weeks later to check how I was getting on with it. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing support with their mobility needs. Thanks to all of you for your professionalism and dedication to supporting people with disabilities.

The team were tremendous. They understood exactly what I needed and made sorting the issue completely easy and hassle free. I can't recommend the team highly enough. If I need anything else in the future I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

From initial call to the engineer attending at our home. The total experience was faultless and enjoyable. The main point was the engineer who came, his name is Tim and he engaged with us as a friend nothing was to much trouble.

Really great service from the first phone call to the fitting of the equipment and then on to the follow up phone calls to check that everything was OK.
Each person I spoke with was very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. A good company to deal with and I would deal with them again.
