Everybody who helped us with our purchase was polite and professional. The furniture is very good quality and very well made. The two gentlemen who delivered it were quick, efficient and tidy and made us feel at ease. Would highly recommend this company to others.

All very smooth with the ordering of the chairs. The salesman was very patient with my parents. The delivery of the chairs was also on time.

From the beginning - the phone calls to arrange a catalogue & visit of a salesman, meeting Keith Simester, to the delivery men - the whole experience of buying a new riser recliner chair & 3 seater settee was perfect. Can't fault the service, advice, design & make of my new furniture. Having been let down by a local company. I contacted thus company. A day later I took a phone call and arranged a sales rep meeting for the next day. The rep was very understanding towards my parents needs, gave us all the information we required, and being totally happy my parents placed an order for two recliner chairs. These arrived well in advance of the expected delivery date. The delivery guys were helpful in setting the chairs up and explaining to my parents the mechanism on them. They also took away their old three piece suite, saving us the problem of having to have it collected/sold. Overall I can't recommend this company highly enough. A pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Arrived before the expected delivery timescale which was great, delivery and demo of chair working was great with friendly and professional staff. My mother is extremely pleased with her chair, wish we had bought one from Mobility Furniture sooner.

Being able to try a chair at home made up from several parts so I was quite confidant that I would get a chair I needed. Delivery came when expected and the installation was without fault.

From start to finish buying our new beds was made easy. Firstly the experience of being measured, talking over our problems etc to ensure correct bed was supplied. Then to delivery, men were quick, courteous, safe and again talked us through everything with demonstration. Now having much better night’s sleep on a bed that’s easy to use and easy to change bedding. Thank you.

My mother is housebound and had been given a hospital bed initially but the mattress was too thin to comfortably support her weight. She ended up sleeping in a chair for several months and getting very little sleep. I contacted The Mobility Furniture Company and their local representative arranged a visit. She choose the bed she liked and took his advice on suitable mattresses.

The company kept in touch by phone to advise on delivery date and then afterwards they called a couple of times to ensure she was making good use of the new bed and happy with her purchase. They were interested in providing a good service not just making money!

These beds are not cheap but they do tailor your bed and your mattress to meet your requirements so you know you will enjoy a good night's sleep. My mother is a changed person now that she gets a decent comfortable night's sleep every night. I would highly recommend the Mobility Furniture Company

Every stage of my contact with Mobility Furniture Company was pleasant and well handled by the individuals involved. The items I decided to buy arrived within the promised time and I am very pleased with them.

Salesman and delivery were very Professional and made sure the chairs were the right chairs for us with our disability. When delivered made sure we were comfortable and satified.

The three-man team who delivered, installed & demonstrated my aunt's new Bingley bed were punctual, polite, efficient & highly competent. They explained it's operation very well, & tidied up after completion, including removing her old bed plus an unwanted sofa. Overall, very professional & friendly, as was Trevor, the sale negotiator.

Update: Your empathetic response publicly was not the tone of the letter I received privately from your company. Your statement of going 'above and beyond' is somewhat exaggerated as all my mother was offered was a free standing bed rail and a referral to the ombudsman. We are awaiting the outcome of that complaint

I am sure that if you have no issues or complaints you receive great customer service as per many of the 5* reviews. But our experience, where my mum did have complaint was met with no empathy or understanding and a referral to the ombudsman. So my 83 year old mother arranged a visit as she was experiencing some difficulty and anxiety getting in and out of bed. A stroke victim/ seizures and has had a number of falls over the past 5 years.
The salesman was pleasant and polite and listened to her explain her problems with her bed and what she she needed to help her. This took about 10 mins. The salesman then took almost 2 hours explaining why the Avon recliner bed would be the best match - a mattress was brought in for her to try on top of her own bed but to be honest that wasn't that helpful for her. She did have reservations that the bed raised from the half way down and not 3/4 as the hospital bed she had described to him but was persuaded the Avon bed was best for her. Contract terms were run over then an invite to sign. It was all rather overwhelming for her and my sister who was present. So much talking and information. A long story short. The bed arrived. Raising from 50% of the way down was an issue when she was getting in and out as she had to shuffle her way back up the bed after she got in, dealing with pillows, moving. She felt unsafe and asked us to get in touch with Mobility on her behalf. We were met with a pretty sharp customer service lady who simply referred to us to the contract that had been signed i.e. no returns policy. They did, in fairness offer my mum a freestanding bedrail at no cost, but the bottom line was my mum felt more unsafe getting in and out of bed than with her old bed. We wrote to a Manager but just received a short, rather cold and unsympathetic response and were again referred to the ombudsman if we weren't satisfied with Mobility Furniture's response. We are pursuing that route now as my mum has a £4600 bed that she doesn't use because it doesn't meet her needs. So I would be very wary of using this company and I would absolutely recommend that you have someone present with your frail, vulnerable relative or friend when a salesman is calling as a 2 hour meeting can be quite stressful when you're older and there isn't the ability always to question properly. Very disappointed and could not recommend this company.

Our mattresses were too soft and my wife was waking up with back pain, so we ordered two new firmer mattresses from the Mobility Furniture Co. and they were delivered on 2nd March. Within a few days my wife's back pain in the morning had gone!
And the delivery men were most obliging as well!

From the initial visit from the sales rep, the delivery and installment and after sales service I give you 10/10.
