Step 1: If you are interested in an item of furniture, we will bring a demonstration model to your home for you to try out. We have samples of fabrics and upholsteries and can talk through your options in terms of any health needs you have, what works in your living space, colours and fabrics.
Step 2: Our demonstrators take your measurements. Your furniture is going to be made to fit your exact size to make sure it’s as comfortable as possible.
Step 3: When your furniture is delivered, we install the new item for you, show you how to use it and take away your old furniture for recycling if you wish.

AVOID SCAMMERS
If I could give zero I would. This company took a deposit of £3,180 off my father-in-law in law in March 2025. He then had a phone call a couple of months later to say his chair was being delivered in June and they needed the balance which was £3,180 which he duly paid. Chair wasn't delivered. When he contacted them he was told it would be delivered in a couple of weeks. It wasn't. He was then told to expect it at the end of July. He never got it. I got involved and got the same lies. I was actually told the manufacturer advised it would be ready for delivery w/c 15 September but to ring Mobility beforehand to be sure all was well. I did this and got the same rubbish from them. In fact in order to speak to someone I had to go through their marketing line. I spoke to the woman I'd spoken to previously who pretended not to know me. I got my father-in-law removed from their database and told them I was reporting them. I contacted my father-in-law's bank to see what, if anything could be done about them refunding him his money as I knew Mobility wouldn't do that and the bank advised me what he needed to do. I'm delighted to say his bank gave him a full refund and were really helpful. We never got in touch with Mobility again but more importantly they never contacted us. How they can sleep at night, particularly dealing with elderly vulnerable people.

Very disappointed with this Company. Last November after waiting 8 weeks I enquired about the delivery of my bespoke chairs only to be told "you will have to wait till next year". Out of the blue, by telephone, I was offered a refund, but when I applied for this was told I couldn't have one. I wrote to Managing Director of Loki and Mobility Furniture, but no reply. The Furniture Ombudsman couldn't help me as I didn't have anything written. So make sure you get any offers in writing.

This company has caused untold distress to my elderly relative.
In March, she paid thousands of pounds for furniture which she was told would arrive within 5-8 weeks.
20 weeks later, with no sign of the furniture and no contact from the company, she tried to cancel. She was however persuaded to 'give them another chance '. But the new delivery date came and went so 5 months after the original order date, she went to citizens advice and was told she was entitled to a full refund because of breach of contract. However the company has consistently refused the refund - citing a 'bespoke' furniture clause, which is nonsense considering they never even delivered any furniture.
We are now in November, and they are still in receipt of over £3000 belonging to my relative and refusing a refund.
THIS COMPANY PREYS ON THE ELDERLY. THE PREVIOUS OWNER IS CURRENTLY IN JAIL FOR FRAUD. Says it all really.
This company claims to be part of the furniture ombudsman scheme - it is not and has been suspended by the ombudsman for not complying with their decisions.
Do not buy from them - they are a fraudulent company and continue ignore the existing victims whilst targeting new ones. Be warned. Avoid at all costs

ORDER NUMBER CR13035/RH1 £6000 STOLEN FROM MY MOTHER
Now calling itself DR on the website, Don't order from this company or the website it takes you to unless you are prepared to lose thousands of pounds. My mother was told in April 25 that her furniture was ready for delivery and to pay the balance of £3000 prior to delivery which she did and got rid of some furniture to make space but the furniture was never delivered. After several fruitless phonecalls she received a letter saying it would come in June. It didn't. In July she contacted her bank to see if they could get her money back. That very day she received a phonecall from Loki saying furniture would be delivered end of July. It never came. She contacted the bank again in August but it was over 120 days so she couldn't get a charge back. We contacted the furniture ombudsman who after investigating told Loki enterprises to refund my mother the full £6000 as they had acted unreasonably. She is still waiting for her refund and the mobility furniture company/Loki Enterprises is no longer a member of the furniture ombudsman as they refused to comply with the judgment. My mother developed a broken vertebrae in July and this could have been avoided had she received her recliner promptly. The company never kept in touch with her, never replied to answer phone messages or emails and the addresses that we sent letters to came back undeliverable with no business at that address.

I am 79 & my wife is 76, we live in a mobile park home, in September 2024, I fell backwards down the front steps & fell into the road on my right side cracking 6 ribs I spent time in Hospital recovering.
After I came home we decided to get some recliners for our wellbeing to help me recover and ease my wife's weak legs.
A flyer came through the door, and we decided to contact the Mobility Furniture Company, as they would take our old furniture away for us.
The salesman came Scott Golton and measured up
(not very good) We then decided to order 2 recliner chairs with dual motors & a 2.5 seater statistic settee, the salesman also checked with the warehouse, to make sure the material was in stock.
The total cost was £9,540 & we paid a deposit of
£4,770, the agreement was for the furniture to be delivered & installed before Christmas 2024!!
We received a letter in November 2024 advising us of a shortage of stock with the fabric ordered!! & with the factories shutting down for the Christmas period, our delivery, is likely to be scheduled for early January, 2025!!
31/12/24 phone call from The Mobility Furniture Company, our furniture is on schedule for delivery & they requested the balance of £4,770, I complained about the long delays & the furniture company agreed to give a discount of
£40
(I wanted £500), so the amended balance was
£4,370 & the amended total was £9,140, still a lot of money for us.
In January 2025, the furniture arrived but was incorrect, we only received one recliner with dual motor & one recliner with single motor & no 2.5 seater static settee, but they did take the old chairs. The delivery crew asked us to complete a complaints form, which we did, & they would take back with them.
19/02/25, conversation with Helen Williams manger of The Mobility Furniture Company, where is our replacement & missing furniture, Helen Williams has been authorised to offer £1,000 compensation, Helen Williams, confirmed new recliner with dual motor & 2.5 seater static settee was ordered last week.
15/04/25 spoke to Helen Williams manager of The Mobility Furniture Company, where is our replacement furniture & authorised £1,000 Compensation.
15/04/25+ Helen Williams, phoned back, has spoken to factory, further delay until 19th May, 2025!! Factory gave excuse Spring &Easter Holidays!! Told Helen this is a load of rubbish & not satisfied & that we want another £1,000 compensation in addition to the missing missing £1,000, Helen said she has chased up the previous compensation & told her accounts to release this as soon as possible. Helen said to send her an email with complaint & ask for another £1,000 compensation, which I did.
28/04/25 Spoke to Helen Williams, has received my email, which she has passed to Senior Management Peter Walton & Andrew Cox.
08/07/25, as nothing further heared, I contacted The Furniture & Home Improvements Ombudsman, Elizabeth Dennis.
Elizabeth Dennis, suggested that we cancel the order for the 2.5 seater static settee & get a full refund of £1,822 & The Mobility Furniture Company to cancel the order for the dual motor recliner & pay us the price difference between the recliner we have & keep £2,432, Elizabeth Dennis, also suggested £500.00 compensation, we have 20 days to decide , which expires 09/10/25.
23/09/25 email to Elizabeth Dennis, we agree for (Loki) T/A The Mobility Furniture Company to cancel the order for the 2.5 seater statistic settee & provide us with a full refund of £1,822.
We will keep the recliner with a single motor & agree that (Loki) T/A The Mobility Furniture Company, will cancel the replacement order for a dual motor & refund us the difference in the cost £2,432.
£1,000 compensation which we also want, as a matter of courtesy & good customer support.

Peter Kitson was jailed for 15 months after he pleaded guilty to fraudulent trading

The "greedy and arrogant" boss of a mobility furniture firm which scammed vulnerable customers out of £65,000 has been jailed.
Exeter Crown Court heard staff at Peter Kitson's business, Mobility Furniture Company, used aggressive and pressurised sales techniques to carry out fraudulent deals on elderly people between 2015 and 2018 across Devon and Somerset.
The court was told Kitson was fully aware of the tactics being used, which included one person being called 88 times in 12 months and a sales representative not leaving a potential client's home until 23:00.
The 64-year-old, of Congresbury, Somerset, pleaded guilty to fraudulent trading and was sentenced to 15 months in prison.
'Greed and torture'
The court heard 15 sales staff at the company used high-pressure methods and bombarded customers with cold calls.
Clients were told they were buying custom-made beds and chairs, but the goods were not always bespoke.
Customers were then told they had no right to cancel and would forfeit a 50% deposit, which was hidden in the small print.
Some of the victims had since died and others said the firm, which had a £30m turnover, acted out of "greed and torture", the court heard.
Some victims, who had serious health concerns, said they thought they would be buying the "Rolls Royce" of mobility chairs, but many were left intimidated, angry and duped.

1 have experienced a nightmare the worst experience in my 90years of life i have exausred every avenue to resolve the non delivery of of a mobility bed without even a responce the present management including its saleman who i belived was heavily involved in the management i was left with only one opion to involve the police because basicly the saleman came to my home and stole my deposit of £3400
but this morning before going to police i thought i would try one last time to contact customer services my call was answered straight away by a lady (carol) who informed me the company was undernew management since 27th september and ask me to submit all the details of my order and after she would look into my complaint and get back to me in hour this she did and said i would get delivery in 4 weeks of my bed and she has send email confirmation of this tonight so hopefully all will be resolved so what this space

My 92 year old mother ordered her bed from this company 6 months ago and it still hasn't arrived.
They promised to deliver the item within 12 weeks but obviously have failed to do so.
We've asked for a refund but have been contiually fobbed off.
When eventually you get through on the phone to speak to someone (they are always plausible and polite), they always say they will get someone to call back or they will email finance to sort it, but there is never any reply. When I ask to speak to a manager or someone from finance they always claim not to be able to do that "there's no one in the office at the moment" or "I'm afraid Ive no no for them". After the 5 time of being told this you begin to realise you are being had.

For a company that makes a living from the elderly and disabled, their treatment of them is appalling. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Not only do they not deliver the furniture, they smugly refuse to refund the deposit based on the furniture being 'bespoke'. Absolute nonsense - they are in breach of contract for not delivering in the agreed time frame. If you don't deliver the furniture, it really makes no difference if it's bespoke or not!
My elderly relative has had months of being fobbed off, ignored and lied to. However as much as they would like us to quietly disappear - we will not, and we will pursue justice for our relative through every possible channel.
Loki Enterprises is a disgrace and has no moral compass- they are actively and knowingly scamming the elderly.

Praying on the most vulnerable in society and charging over the odds for furniture that doesn’t turn up and didn’t appear to have even been ordered! Bed ordered 16 june and deposit paid £2207.
Balance paid 13 august (£2207) and delivery set for 21st august. Wrong bed was delivered so refused delivery expecting it to be sorted out in a couple of days. Since then I spent a week emailing and calling daily to find out what had happened to my mums bed. I got a call back on Friday 29 aug from a sales manager who promised to find out on the following monday. No further contact has been made by him and he went on annual leave on that Monday!? after chasing again daily the following week I had a call back from the Operations Manager who admitted the wrong bed was ordered in June and agreed over the phone and then in writing ( on 3rd Sept) to a full refund. since then no refund, no response to emails and my calls chasing the payment. My mother is still owed £4414 and has since ordered an identical bed for £2000 less at a Local bricks and mortar bed supplier who we have met and tried out beds at their HQ. This custom bed was delivered today just 10 days later. I wish I had looked on here before we ordered but as we are local to Weston I trusted that they were a local company , keen to uphold a reputation. Edit - still waiting for a refund promised 3 weeks ago for a bed never delivered 4 weeks ago.
