Arrived quickly after a straightforward on line ordering process. Chair is Whats expected ( large/ talk) but also sturdy but light.
The product is superb. The walking stick is adjustable and comfortable in all aspects and it's a great colour.

Very easy to assemble
Very easy to assemble. No screw driver needed. Comes ready made- just need to open it up. This means now my mother is able to walk outside and can use the seat to rest whenever she needs one. The delivery man was extremely helpful and put it inside my mothers door but out of the way as well as my mother is 86 and couldn’t lift it.

Easy to order, quick delivery, unfortunately cushion wrong size so had to send back, easy to return following instructions, and was notified when money returned to my account, would definitely use this company again. Happy, thank you.🙂

Loving my purple chair
The product arrived in good time. Tracking was useful. Securely packaged and easy to assemble. I would purchase from them again. It was nice too that there was so much choice in colours.

Unable to Track package and delivery
Firstly I rang M2U before placing my order as I wanted to check up on the spec and delivery leadtime beforehand. I left a message on their answering machine, to which no one ever returned my call.
I placed the order anyway as we were desperate for the wheelchair. When I got an email providing a link to check the tracking status, I was horrified that I had to download a ‘sales’ app to check the status. I eventually downloaded it but still could not figure out where my order was.
Then, I got a text to say that my order was being delivered but only the cushion came, no wheelchair! Not much help.
My brother then started to chase the order and we still were none the wiser where the wheelchair was. The staff member even offered to refund the money!!
We requested that the item was sent by courier with next day delivery. The item eventually turned up 2 days later.
It should not be this difficult to order an item and keep a track on where it is in the system. Very disappointing

You will see that the majority of the reviews we receive are for great delivery and service and product quality. We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion.
We need to understand a little more about the Sales app that you mention as we would never require our customers to download a sales app. Furthermore, your items were sent out from 2 warehouses with the cushion being dispatched immediately and the wheelchair a few days later. This was due to the fact that the 2 items were in different locations. We will of course ensure better timescales are provided in the future. The vast majority of our orders go out the same or very next working day from our own warehouses. Unfortunately on this occasion your wheelchair went out a few days delayed. We are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and have taken on board your comments regarding communication.
