Excellent service. Fast and very efficient. Dr. Gabriela Canelas, MD, was excellent and provided great advice and immediate prescription. Highly recommend.

I had a very bad case of food poisoning. After 3 days I knew I needed help. It was easy to make an appointment and took maybe 5 minutes. The doctor was connecting from Greece. She spoke clear and fluent english. I described my symptoms, she prescribed my antibiotics and in minutes it was done. And to top it off the price was a fraction of what I would have paid in the US.

Customer support won't reply emails. Chat is useless. Its seens to be very hard to get an answer how up front paid consultations can be used. Seems shady. Good customer care is that you inform that you have received the message and try to get back as soon as possible.

First consultation was ok,brief but ok. I sent my blood work.I don't know if doctor reviewed them at all.

2 stars because the consultation is almost 3 times cheaper as in private sector here

Really fast service! They care about your case and conditions. In my situation, I couldn't get an appointment with my local doctor any time soon, so I found Mobidoctor through recommendations. I had a great consultation and got my prescription that I could use immediately.

Mobidoctor is very convenient and I’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Farhat. I only knocked one star off because the system for using prepaid visits does not work well and I’ve had to reach out to customer service a number of times. But as long as you just pay for the visits as you go, then it would be a five star experience!

Mobi doctor have been so helpful, someone is always there to help you navigate the site or help you reschedule an appointment. Totally takes the stress out of getting my medication.

I forgot my HRT for menopause on holiday in Portugal and initially contacted the other company DoctorSA but they refused to help citing HRT as too specialist??? Contacted Mobi doctor and within 1 hr I had an appt, my prescription and found a local pharmacy …. Incredible service and so affordable. Cannot Raye this service high enough

I cannot recommend this online doctor service highly enough. Living in Portugal, I’ve found it phenomenally easy to schedule appointments — sometimes in as little as 10 minutes — to see a doctor and get prescriptions or trusted medical guidance.
The doctors are incredibly kind, responsive, and have an excellent bedside manner that really puts you at ease, even in an online setting. Special thanks to Dr. Farhat and Dr. Liakou, who have been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my consultations.
Customer support is also truly top-notch. On the rare occasions where I had questions or small issues, the team was quick to mediate, acknowledge, and resolve them with care and efficiency. I was even pleasantly surprised when one of the co-founders personally reached out to make sure my prescription update was handled smoothly — that level of dedication speaks volumes about the service’s values.

Ive used a lot of online medical services in the states, and mobidoctor has already been by far the best experience I've had. they wrote me the right prescription instantly. When i needed the Dr. changed to my country of origin a high level member of the team responded in less than a minute to my chat and had it written by a doctor in Portugal in less than ten minutes even though it was late at night. They helped me source an international pharmacy that would work with portugal; something ive been struggling to find for months as soon as I ask. Then when I remembered the reason, which was an obscure antacid that is otc in america but impossible to get in portugal even with a script, they wrote me a script for it without asking for extra payment. these guys REALLY go above and beyond!

Rude and Slow support

I definitely recommend this platform; it's much faster than waiting for an appointment with a doctor offline. It's also inexpensive and worth it for such fast service. They helped me a lot; the doctor quickly looked at my problem, I got a prescription for the antibiotics I needed, and picked it up at the nearest pharmacy (Belgium). The support team also responds quickly and clearly and is very friendly. I will definitely use the service again and recommend it to my friends.
