An absolutely superb concept executed brilliantly. There was a bit of a wait (still waiting 2 hours later) today. But typically it’s a 15 minute quick painless process for almost everything under the sun. No Benzos or opioids but those are specifically controlled and need close doctor supervision. Highly recommended. They are top notch, and for American’s or Brit’s overseas just needing a refill or even a full on video consultation, this is literally the best by far I’ve found. And no issues filling their scripts 99% of the time, too, which is a big plus. AAA+++

Dr Gabriela Canelas was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive, and immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made the entire experience feel easy and reassuring. I’m so happy I found her and would absolutely recommend her to others. I will definitely follow up with her again if I need anything in the future!

Supposed to be a 15 minute prescription service after completing forms, Must have got them on a bad day, 1.15 hrs and still nothing and no one responds to live chat, very disappointed

I was visiting Bulgaria and realized I was short my diabetes medication to last my whole vacation. So instead of going without my meds. I looked up online options to get a prescription. I got an online consultation with dr Hadi Farhat. I was in Bulgaria as was he. The prescription and code provided was not usable in the Bulgarian system. The pharmacist tried calling his mobile. It was turned off. I messaged him. He asked for my citizenship and passport details. No updated prescription was sent. I have wasted my time and money. Have asked the company for my money back. Awaiting a response. Very disappointing service with all the aggravation of follow ups , going to the local pharmacy, not knowing the system or the language.

Very knowledgable doctor. Such a relief to speak to a doctor who understands specialty medications. Also very fast assistance with video consultation.

Excellent, straight to the point

I received the prescription, and everything went smoothly and quickly. However, I was charged twice.
Despite numerous emails and even though Mobidoctor acknowledged the duplicate charge, they were unable to refund the amount. In the end, I had to file a dispute through my credit card company.
Very poor customer service.

I contacted customer support with two separate questions about prescriptions. The representative replied simply “No,” so I politely asked which of my two questions he was answering. His response was: “Do you understand English?”
I found this unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional. The confusion was caused by the one-word response to two different questions, and I was simply asking for clarification. I understand that customer support can be frustrating work, but customers should still be spoken to respectfully.
To be fair, I have had good experiences with the prescription service itself, and it has been useful and convenient for me. However, in my experience, the communication from both the doctors and customer service can sometimes come across as dismissive or disrespectful. I think the service would be significantly better if customers were treated with a little more patience and professionalism.
Unfortunately, in this particular interaction, I left without getting a clear answer to my original question.

Gabriela Canales was my doctor and she was very kind and patient with me. This is such a wonderful arrangement for travellers and exchange students who aren't part of the German healthcare system. Very grateful!

They are amazing! The doctors are super friendly, and never had any problems using prescription at online pharmacies such as EFarma or Mijnapotheek. It's great that I can make appointment within 10 mins, and the prescription is almost always ready within few minutes. Highly recommended!

No complaints about the doctor, they tried their best.

But be warned, pharmacies in Finland for example will not fill prescriptions made by a doctor from Mobidoctor. Nothing on the website warns about this. I contacted support via email and live chat, and have been totally ignored, so don't expect any help there either.

My refund request was also ignored. Spare yourself the trouble and the money.

Caution
Digital prescriptions are not accepted in Belgium and some other countries! I wasted €57 for nothing!

Dr Farhad is very good doctor and thinks with you about the situation. I happy with his medical care.

The doctor made it seem like they could replace my medication I lost, but when I got to the pharmacy, they said the dose I need it not available in Germany, and there doesn't seem to be a way for me to take it to get the right dose. When I messaged her after the appointment, she sent me all the dosing info and confirmed the dose I need doesn't exist here. I wish the doctor told me that when we were on the phone. Was a waste of money.
