I have been working for Mixamate nearly 3 years now and i can certainly say its an amazing place to work. The family have fully supported my ideas and helped me to grow in my career path. Office staff very welcoming and the director Chris is fully supportive with all employees and very fair. Yard staff always willing to help and are very proactive. After 3 years I'm certainly happy working with this company and will be for many years to come. A credit to the industry !!

First time I've used the Mixamate service. Very impressed with the ease of the ordering process. On the day of delivery, Harry phoned me well in advance to give me an update of his arrival time. We have a difficult access to the back of the house but Harry made it look easy connecting 70m of pipe to get the concrete to the site. Very efficient and he left the place spotless. Highly recommended!

I'm baffled by the positive reviews. The lack of clear communication, poor service quality, delays, and inadequate customer support were major issues.

Don’t recommend to work in the Sales Office! Be aware, that it’s a family business, different rules apply to family and non-family staff. Different working hours, pay, lunch brakes, phone policy. No work perks, the office is old and scruffy. People keep rotating and changing, no one stays there for too long. Worked there for 11 months, no carrier or growth opportunities.
The management is very bossy, they do not lead by example, don’t value employees. The working hours are very long 8-5.
However, lovely and professional drivers and yard staff.

Harry called me prior to arriving, giving me plenty of notice. He was extremely helpful and knowledgable, talking me through the pump process, not having used it before. Everything went very well, giving me result I wanted.

Ordering process was really simple, lorry came on time and pumped the concrete to my footings with ease, Mark the operator was great from start to finish. He was helpful throughout making the process straight forward
